What are disclosing tablets?
Disclosing tablets are chewable tablets that contain a safe food dye which shows where plaque is hidden in your mouth.
What is plaque?
Plaque is a sticky layer of bacteria which forms on your teeth 4-12 hours after brushing.
It can often be very difficult to see.
Plaque is the cause of the two most important dental diseases: tooth decay and gum disease.
Why do I need to know where plaque is?
Knowing where the plaque is makes it easier for you to remove it with your toothbrush and interdental brushes.
Reducing plaque effectively can reduce your chances of getting tooth decay and gum disease.
How Do I Use Disclosing Tablets?
1. Brush your teeth and use interdental brushes.
2. Chew a disclosing tablet. Be careful - they stain!
3. Spit out
4. Areas stained pink are plaque that has been there less than 12 hours.
Areas stained blue are plaque that has been there more than 12 hours (eeugh!!) 🤢
5. Brush your teeth again, by removing
the pink and blue stains you know
you’re removing all of the plaque.
Result: beautiful clean teeth 😁
Who Can Use Disclosing Tablets?
Anyone who can spit out.
Children under 12 should be supervised.

The person in this video did it differently then how he does so
This way doesn’t work. I brush and floss everyday using them and there is never anytime there was plaque. The point of disclosing tablets are supposed to help you guide where the plaque is.

I have that plaque I use it for my teeth but then my teeth turns pink and my tongue turns purple
Use my tip for better teeth cleaning with a electric toothbrush. Keep the toothbrush still in 5 seconds at each tooth part. Thats how i impressed my dentist with my clean teeths at my latest apointment
