    Thank you! I have clear retainers that I am wearing at all times, minus eating and brushing. Can I just put my retainers back on after application and let it soak in like that?

    • @DentistJess
      @DentistJess  9 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      Great question, Im not sure what your particular retainers are made of. You can do this, but it may stain or discolor the retainers. It’s best to double check with your dentist who made the retainers in the first place.

    How to do if I got lots of saliva when every time I do this?

    • @DentistJess
      @DentistJess  10 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      Good question- it can make me salivate as well, I usually apply it while standing over my bathroom sink, and can spit out as necessary. That being said the main component of MI paste is a milk protein based product so it is ok to swallow. But I’d recommend spitting out excess saliva when needed :) just make sure you don’t rinse with water or you’ll rinse it all away!

    Can i use soft brush to spread it?

    • @DentistJess
      @DentistJess  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Sure! The point is to have it coat the teeth and then leave it to soak in :)
