A very good car at a reasonable price considering the equipment. A bit cheap feeling inside but will prove to be reliable. @@TheSpoovy Good point. Ive had three Subarus when the pricing was acceptable, but now they seem rather pricey in all honesty. I would like the Outback Field version simply because it would do everything and go anywhere. Its a great utility car and the bonus is the 2.5 non hybrid engine, so no batteries to worry about in ten years. If I got one I would keep it for a very long time. I couldn't agree more. I was looking for Vitara AllGrip, but I'm in doubt should I take S-Cross instead. In Croatia, there are GL, GL+, GLX and GLX+ trim levels. Difference between GLX and GLX+ is only panoramic roof, so GL+ is considered middle trim. Vitara in middle trim doesn't have keyless start, power folding mirrors, blinkers integrated in mirrors, front tweeters and parking sensors (front and back), all of which S-Cross GL+ does have. In Vitara, you need GLX trim for that. S-Cross GL+ is under 100€ more expensive than Vitara GLX, so, basically for almost same price you can choose between Vitara with Satnav and leather or S-Cross with dual-zone AC, LED position lights, additional reading light, roof sunglasses holder, reclining back seat, additional USB in arm rest, back seat arm rest and e-call. Tough one since I prefer Vitara more for design and compactness.
But, ugliest thing in S-Cross is way tablet is mounted. To be fair, I saw ugliest solutions in Mazda CX-3 and Mercedes GLA - S-Cross at least have back side somewhat connected to console, while in GLA it looks like it's hammered down. On the other side, if you think this one is ugly, imagine what it looks in lower, GL and GL+ spec, with 7" screen and black bezels around it...
