You should definitely try Japanese Sweet Potatoes from Trader Joe’s or a Asian market they are 🤤. I only like sweet potatoes in a casserole or pie but I do wanna try this.

Love the air fryer bean idea-I tried it once with black beans & a parsley finish. TBH the vegan doctors I listen to dispute; everyone needs a little oil...you're healthy don't worry about all the haters...everything will be alright. I absolutely love sweet potatoes as well. I tried this for Thanksgiving and it was a hot with my son. I’m literally making it now for my mom whose having throat surgery tomorrow so she can have something delicious and easy to eat after. This is a winner for sure. Thanks for sharing 👌🏾🥰😋

@@SweetPotatoSoul No, unfortunately I'm not very green-fingered and been recovering from an injury over the summer, but like you plan to try growing chillies and herbs on my windowsill. I have been known to even kill cacti in the past ! (by over or under watering), so am planning to start out small. Your Grandmother seems delightful. Lovely family and the spirit in your home seems very easy-going & peaceful.
I did cook a sweet potato soup tonight, but it was a sort of amalgamation of several videos I'd seen, so mine had fresh garlic, ginger, a few tablespoons of red thai curry paste, as well as a whole fresh red chilli and spoonful of almond butter (my daughter is sensitive to peanuts). Everyone seemed to love it! I topped it with a little cream and fresh coriander leaves and did some homemade garlic croutons as a topping. Only put the cream on top because it turned out a lot hotter than I had expected (as I was originally trying to have a healthy, light supper), but it was good! Don't have the type of machine you used to make your topping, but will try your recipe some time using our oven instead. Thank you for your reply and take care!

I recently tried your recipe for collard greens from your blog even though I didn't have all of the ingredients but I love the flavor the garlic and tomato add to the greens. This recipe is absolutely amazing and everyone in my family loved it. When you are heating the soup back up, do not do it to quickly or it will explode like a volcano. Lol but absolute delicious and I will be making this again!
