Because is not fancy as Beverly Hills, Los Angeles California... most of theses big houses in EE.UU like Europe is not expensive to build, it's just cement and iron. But the location is another story.

The only thing that is Spanish is the land. Design and interior decoration follows luxurious Hotel worldwide style. Nothing to do with the traditional mansions called “Cortijos” in South of Spain.

Very nice features the theme of tasteful yet thoughtful luxury space with so many textures, patterns, and amazing seating design! As well absolutely love the padded headboards the primary closet, the office, and outdoor indoor connection throughout.

The first 6.5 minutes of the video are an example of perfection. I just love the symmetrical sitting room, how a living room is featured off of it, the grande entrance with stairs going up and down on both sides, then the first guest room shown includes everything a guest could ever need. It is immaculate.

What an amazing listing! You ask which I like better…this home or Villa Shiro. To me, they’re both outstanding and the price point will probably be the deciding factor for purchasers. I’d take this one if I had the money, but would take Shiro if I had a smaller portfolio.
