Rd arquitectos, local Marbella arquitects. The only hazzle with that house is the neighborhood that is full of old people and it’s not located in Marbella , it’s on the border but it belongs to Estepona villlage 😅 it’s an amazing house 🏠
The US houses have a different style. But US buildings are designed to be easier to build with 2x4timber and plasterboard drywall. India is also another country with great architects, and european architects like Germans, Dutch, Swedes, French, etc are fantastic. South Africa too.

I also like how the facilities that could benefit from sunlight aren't put in the basement like the typical mansions and only the entertainments area that generally dont benefit from sunlight like theaters and recording studio are put in the basement. Marvelous!

It is rare that the ratio of living space is so equally balanced between the two. Kinda makes you fall in love with the Mediterranean Sea.

This is one of the most beautiful and well-designed mansions I have ever seen. The Marbella mansion is well designed and the space in the mansion is smartly used. This Marbella modern mansion can compete with any modern mansion in Los Angeles and South Florida. The Rolls Royce ceiling in the front is glamorous, the two water fountains at the entrance are nice and I like the car garage on the side of the house. I like the great room white marble floor and the view of the sea. I like the pool area and the view of the sea. I like the dining room and the white marble kitchen. The lower-level guest bedrooms are large and have a nice view. The master bedroom with the side balcony is awesome. I like the master bathroom and master closet.I like the big balcony with the jacuzzi and bar. The second-floor gym and sauna with a view are nice. The movie theater in the basement is cool and the basement pool is wonderful. I like that the basement has its own exit to the front yard.
Alright this property is stunning, you sold me on the front entrance. I do love the idea of having or housing events and seeing all the nice cars pull up and walk up the carpet kind of thing. That contrast of the black ceramic and white columns is nice. I'm not usually huge on those colors but on the outside of the home frame it well.
There's a chiringuito fish fry shack within 500 feet on the beach; been a fan of La Perla Blanca in Estepona for a couple of years. Thought it sold; this house had won many European residential architectural awards.
Eric, how tall are you? It would be helpful to understand the scale of the room and the height of the ceiling in relation to your stature. It's hard to gauge if you're exceptionally tall or if the ceilings are relatively low.

Being a city guy I wasn't wowed about this house, although it felt like I was walking through offices rather than actual rooms, maybe because the ceilings weren't that high? Also, the view of the Med Sea from some parts of the house looked blocked out and weren't that great, except for when u step outside the rooms. Like you said, and I agree "The outdoor space might be more impressive than the indoor space."
Excellent property and tour. I agree with another comment, that more could be said of the energy efficiency. Artur is brilliant - although I suspect America was spot his star quality and poach him.
