What amazes me even more than this building, is the fact that some people live such lavish lifestyles like this, while at the same time, people are sleeping on the streets down below.
It is crazy yes. But at the same time, our lives are shaped by our choices during life (in overall most cases). Many of these millionaires/billionaires living these lives deserve it, they took the risks, saw the possibilities, had the "never give up mentality" to build a life like that. There are numerous of examples of people who are today millionaires and started out in the slums. Nothing is impossible.
@@ViruZHUN it's a noble thought, but unfortunately our system is not perfect: it's biased and exploitative. I admire those who build their wealth and future with determination, but more aften than not, someone is treated unfairly
When you do these penthouses, you guys should really start the tour from the lobby. I think you’re missing so much of the experience of walking in, being greeted, going to your dedicated elevator, feeling the anticipation of the ride, etc. Plus it would be cool to understand the logistics of living in these buildings, like how do you get furniture up (how big are service elevators), how many elevators do you have? How direct is the elevator? Are you potentially going to have have to wait for 20 other stops on the way? Just saying, it would be cool to experience that feeling of going up.
Four years into this channel and we’ve officially toured to the highest residence in the world!! The sky is the limit and thank you all so much for helping us get where we are today🙏🏼
Congratulations guys! Have been watching ur tours for the past 2 years and every tour is amazing! Thank you for sharing these tours & entertaining us every Saturday and Monday Wishing you guys more achievements
It’s really heartwarming watching this channel grow. From touring houses while on house tours to exclusive tours to yachts to this heights. Congratulations to all the people behind this amazing channel.
Stunning apartment and space, regarding the interior design however, The main living room: I would have plants everywhere, some even hanging from the super high ceiling making it look like a jungle. Maybe even have a green wall. Apart from the views, It’s too minimal, cold and actually very boring. The decor lacks character. Understandable because it’s a show apartment. Otherwise sublime views of course and exquisite materials. Being in New York I would’ve made the interior walls brick to give it the real NYC loft vibe, but in the sky! How cool would that be? The buyer should get creative. It could be a fantastic and imaginative combination of both worlds. Make it truly unique. Right now is it looks like a super chic office building reception area with expensive furniture. Fantastic Video. Thanks Enes and team I have an idea @enesyilmazer: It would be cool to make a short informal video shot on IPhone around the house to compliment these videos for fun,it would make an alternative view and perception on the scale of the place! Teserkkurler!
You mentioned from Yachts to this. This is an apartment home AKA condo and something this channel has been touring for a while. So in reality you said from homes to Yachts back to homes like it was some sort of inspirational message
The last shot of Enes standing next to the glass and the views behind him at night was simply amazing....This penthouse at night is truly one of a kind. It definitely makes u truly feel like on top of the world in more than one ways....its so phenomenal
The quality of video production on this channel is something to behold. From the montage to the intricate detail explained throughout the walkthrough. Pure excellence! A major thank you to Enes, Mikey, their team and Ryan Serhant for showing us "The One Above All Else".
Love that I'm able to see this place through this video. I have an extreme fear of heights and wouldn't even be able to go up into this building. Just watching some of the scenes was making me nervous!
Absolutely amazing how Enes & Mikey are trying to find the right words while being so speechless and amazed by where they are and how it feels for them right in this moment. Truly impressive because they have toured a lot of crazy real estate.
I felt a strange revulsion while watching this tour, like we as humans were never supposed to acquire this level of luxury. Knowing that some people live in opulence while many others struggle for survival is deeply unsettling.
I like the presenter. I watched video of different apartment with different presenter, and want to point out that this presenter is very good. I like his humbleness and genuine passion and feelings when presenting the apartments or villas.
Enes and team the growth in both quality of production and property's over the last year is STAGGERING, huge congrats on the success! This is literally becoming the new MTV cribs but 10x better!
That surprises me, multi-billionaires should be able to just spunk $250m on something like this. Yes the place has so much space that most of it will go unused but the views are sick
@@Beaver_Monday eh most of these types of properties are used by billionaires to spread out their cash. Its not really a place anyone wants to live full time.
We all came for the insane properties. We all STAYED because of your and Mikey's personality. You two, as well as your team, put forth some of the most PREMIUM touring videos available! We appreciate the hard work you all put into bringing such enjoyable content and we're glad we can then afford you the opportunity to continue pursuing your passion!
@@EnesYilmazer I wish you act like you are taking your viewer's for a tour, rather than Mikey, instead of the camera you look at him, matter fact you never look directly to camera towards us. and I am glad you do not keep saying Mikey, really was getting enjoyed with that . Mikey should not taLK AT ALL
The high ceiling height is a great thing, makes the views more spectacular and increases the amount of light coming in (and I appreciate high ceiling height in general). The depth of the building doesn't seem to be so large, which is good because then there's less shadowy places in the inner parts. Except for the walk in closet, but that was meant as a closet. Great tour and filming!
Whilst it can’t be denied it’s impressive I couldn’t live here as I can’t do heights and looking out just gives me a general feeling of being unsafe and vulnerable.
Even Ryan knows that this apartment needs a review by THE best, one and only Enes (and Team). Amazing as always and congratulations for being as successful as you are. Hard earned and very deserved
The flooring and design should have been white marble or tiles alongside modern design, wood is ugly and unreliable and makes the whole apartment look very cheap, as usual 99 % of the money went to the view and not interior design etc!!
Ryan knows that the more people see this, the more likely it is for him to sell it. That's why he also toured it on his channel and AD. With the rest i agree.
Nah it'll be either an office or as real estate. I highly doubt someone will buy this for 250 million dollars to live in it. You'd be a king in some countries with that money.
For $250,000,000 you don`t get a pool, but a membership in a club with a pool. And you would have to live in NYC, or die, as the case may be in the streets of it.
I once lived on the 15th floor of a 32 story apartment/condo. We shared a 1,000 square foot balcony with one other owner. It was magnificent. Just the view of downtown from that height made me feel very removed and distant. I cannot imagine what 10x that height would do. I also cannot imagine what 17,000 square feet would feel like, but I am positive I would adapt and lose my gratitude and perspective very quickly.
Yes it's amazing, but just imagine the property taxes alone!! 😳 You can say "If you can afford this then you'll never need to worry about taxes, insurance, maintenance, etc." But that's assuming you have the income/asset forever!...NO ONE can guarantee that, not even Jesse Livermore...
@@EroticOnion23well actually, a lot of people can. If you have 100 million dollars in a high interest savings account it would make you about 4 million annually, and the only people who would buy this home would be those with multiple billions in their bank, so they could absolutely pay their property tax for infinity. Along with cleaners, chefs, nannies, drivers, and anything else they want. Once you reach a certain level of wealth it is effectively impossible to lose it.
@@spoookyspencer not sure how good a 4% is when inflation hits 20% the last few years lol…equity like S&P dropped 90% during C19 and pretty much EVERYONE uses margin so a couple bad cycles that catches you unawares would do you in… I can see maybe King Charles or a Saudi royal or something buying this, since they have “guaranteed” income regardless absent a revolution lol…
@@EroticOnion23 thats why I said only someone with a couple billion in the bank could buy it. Also even if the markets were to crash, someone with hundreds of millions has tons of real estate, investments into recession proof businesses, offshore bank accounts, etc. In huge market crashes, the rich get richer, because as everyone else is struggling to put food on the table, the rich are buying up the stock market at a huge discount.
ive looked at this place countless times, (not that i'd ever be able to afford anything close to it) and it never fails to amaze me. and now an enes video going over every detail is exactly what i needed
I subscribed this channel when it had a few hundred thousand subscribers. My only reason was the way that you toured these incredible properties in such detail orientated and yet elegant way. And today to see you guys achieve so much growth is so inspiring. Thank you for bringing this amazing content to society.
That outdoor porch made me wonder how they shovel snow off of it in winter. The only way to get rid of the snow would be to shovel it over the edge, but how well do people on the ground below take that?
The production quality and the artistic touches of the video are great. I loved the time elapsed shots, especially the one where Enes says let’s see the dusk views and then the shot magically transitions to dusk within the same shot. Amazing! Well done guys! Cheers from one Turkish expat to another!
@@EnesYilmazer You and Mikey have come a long way. And it's so much deserved. What a property video. Best I've ever seen. Congrats on the million half plus who have viewed this. Keep 'em coming & stay safe. Thanks UK.
Honestly, thank you Enes, Mikey and everyone who's involved in the making of all the high quality videos, for allowing us to experience another side of the world that we never thought of seeing. You guys are usually thanking us for taking you there, I think you just deserve it, the charisma and eloquence that Enes has to talk and show excitement about a property is a virtue to be jealous of, and Mikey is not that far behind, you're a power duo. I'm glad that people like you who's passionate about their job get to succeed and grow and be happier everyday, so that's all I will wish for you, to send you the best energy and good luck as possible 🥰🥰
As beautiful as the views are and design, I could never see myself living this high in the air. I once had an apartment on the 32nd floor in London and just felt like I was in a birds nest.
I got the same feeling, in my city where I was born, they built the highest apartment between Berlin and the Tri-City. I bought an apartment on the second floor to be closer to people when I go out on the balcony. I would feel lonely at the top.
@@gloczyslaw19 Absolutely not a good choice for anyone! Emergency evacuations are supremely limited. No firefighter going in the building, espeically after what happened on 9/11.
@@johnkleven9416 Thank you for your comment. I understand. It's still, in my opinion, a high risk living arrangement, apart from a potential aerial catastrophe.
@@CordEldridge Same man. I wonder how people are comfortable in high rise knowing about it. Imagine 2 or 3 floors which are below you catch fire, the fire then automatically goes up. Plus I don't think there is any exit other than elevator available in these pent house. And we all know how good lifts are in fire. cHILLS
Installing a 1200 ton mass damper to the 137th floor seems to be one of the most challenging parts of this iconic building. What a great engineering!!! Hats off to all the engineers and workers. 👏🏼 🔥
@@dori- I'm guessing they accounted for this when laying the foundation. The center of gravity for buildings is always below the ground, that's why skyscrapers don't just fall over when wind hits them and they likely adjusted how deep the foundation goes to account for this.
Honestly the production and video editing and music choices are some of the best I've ever seen. Would love if there is a new series where it's just MV of the properties you've shown. I would stare at them or just leave them on the background whilst doing other chores.
Penthouses in tall buildings usually come off as a bit cold to me, but this one is so warm and inviting. Absolutely breathtaking! Your videos are #1 when it comes to showcasing luxury homes! No one is better at this!
Enes & Mikey, what a journey.. The views are spectacular.. But what you guys achieved in being able to position yourselves on that level is even more fantastic. In my line of work I come across some crazy big houses.. But this tops it off. You are literally on top of the world being there. If you own this, you have made it in life for sure. Keep dreaming, keep on going Enes & Mikey. You make people's day with these amazing vids. All praise to you both.
I only made it through the first part of the video and had to look away several times. I couldn't even go up into that apartment, much less live there.
Same here glad to see other people think the same. If it's making me anxious through my phone screen I couldn't imagine being inside there. I would genuinely have a panic attack and I'm not even that scared of heights but this is setting me off 😂
I was in New York a few months ago and went up one Vanderbilt and was looking UP at this tower… my bumhole was twitching the looking down on New York and then I had to look up at this tower. No way would I wanna live up there
That ending montage and narration was utterly beautiful. I live in the UK, and have never visited New York, but from your words, combined with the stunning visuals, I feel like I finally understood the original ‘American Dream’: not material excess, not the rat race, not the endless chase for money. Something much more hopeful: complete freedom. Congratulations on this video, truly a work of art - like this phenomenal home! Thank you.
No one is more deserving to bring us these tours than Enes and Mikey! You guys are the best tour channel on TH-cam. Been following since some of your early videos and I'm glad owners and developers are recognising your skills
This penthouse is unlike anything I've EVER seen before. 30-foot high ceilings! Thank you very much for including Ryan Serhant, that was a really nice touch.
Your video is at the same level as the penthouse, and the penthouse is the highest and most expensive. You deserved the chance to showcase it, and you didn't disappoint. Congratulations! This channel is "the one above" when it comes to showcasing real estate.
Dear Enes and Mikey, Congratulations on a fabulous video. The research and time that you both put into all of your videos shows every time. Ryan picked the right team to showcase the property.
Watching the private ballroom and magnificent terrace in the video, I finally understand what luxury is! I love Enes' New York series, especially when he works/cooperates with Ryan Serhant! Enes, you did a great job again, thanks a lot for sharing!👍🤩🙌
@@EnesYilmazer I'm looking forward to watching, you both are my favorite TH-camrs! Thanks a lot for letting me know! You are very nice! Have a beautiful life, take good care! 👍🥰🙏
This is a masterful example of property videography and story telling! I’ve watched what I would consider a great many videos on property and this episode was crafted like a 3 Michelin a star degustation. Bravo!!
To be honest .. this is by far the most mind blowing penthouse tour of your channel.. you showed us "The One" and other out of of this space mansions, yachts and penthouses.. but this thing is beyond my imagination.. the interior and the used materials are on point and the view over NY is absolutely breath taking.
Honestly Id hate to live here. Everything looks way too magnificent. Its sooooo fucking high up. I dont think I could ever get that "feeling at home, relaxed and comfortabel vibe there". Sitting there, looking down upon everyone else, day after day, id just feel so disconnected from real life. If I had the money, Id much rather buy tons of private land, and build a giant ass mansion, than have to take a 17 min elevator ride everyday to get to my house.
this property only serves as some sort of write off or some other business related expense. i cant imagine anybody warming up to it... its kinda soulless. that being said it would be enjoyable for a weekend...
The view of central park is absolutely stunning and normally I don't like the multi-floor penthouses but this is just breathtaking. $250,000,000.00 for a home is just unreal, I wonder how much the HOA fee is each month. 😂 That's literally every dime of Alex Rodriguez' whopping 10-year baseball contract that bankrupted the New York Yankees 🤯
This is an amazing feat of engineering alone. Not sure how I feel about the $250 million price tag, but just as an engineer it's astonishing. And to think there's a tuned mass damper hanging over this penthouse in the space above as well. The scale of this is otherworldly.
I'm not an engineer but that's the first thing that came to my mind, too: oddly enough, when I thought about that, I also thought about the OTHER civil/architectural engineering wonder that has occupied my mind for years: the Angkor Wat of Cambodia... I mean not just the giant, single building on the Cambodia currency but the entire Angkor City... that was meticulously designed and built, GEOMETRICALLY PERFECT (incuding GIANT LAKES in square mile proportions)--- like a modern, city of the 20th century, with mostly stone blocks floated down-driver from quarries many miles away. And Angkor City was built between the 9th and 11th centuries. The civil engineers who designed Angkor City and the stone workers.... Humans ability to design and build structures sometimes boggle the mind, throughout history, all over the world...
A place like this would be a good time-share by the developer/building owner. Its a investment unit for sure and any billionare wouldnt just buy this unless he wants a hard to liquidate asset
Pardon moi, but I must correct you. The proper term is "Fugol dou-dou", pronounced of course with a stiff upper lip and a belittling attitude, that even the Queen Mother would envy.
This is one of the best made real estate videos I have ever seen. Well done. Loved the extra details you added in like when you showed the kitchen how you gently highlighted certain parts of the cabinetry. To emphasize what was exactly there. Plus all the drone shots. I loved how extensive too you were. With all the floors. It shows too how professional you guys are. In your work. How you care. Thank you.
Hope we can get more collaborations with Ryan, some of the properties are insane. Well done to Enes, Mikey and the rest of the team on this episode. The production is incredible.
Her limit is $10M and that's a lot, for $100M you can live in such picturesque places, even on your own island, and not in this concrete chicken coop for an overpriced price😂😂😂
The kind of people who can afford that kind of “home” are not humble enough to appreciate anything about it. The kind of people who would appreciate it, would never feel like it’s a home.
Amazing but I couldn’t live there get sweats just thinking about being near the window that high up. You did great with the music again guys 🎉 well done Enes, Mikey and team. I don’t wish to be critical but I’m sure there is a high pitch on the sound of this one occasionally, first 10 mins 🤔

Fully agree with you Thabo! I love the calm, peaceful way Enes conducts the tours and the quality camera work matches the gliding, confident pace perfectly - it's like falling into a dream watching some of these beautiful places!
The production of these last few videos has been absolutely amazing. I, as a long time viewer, am so proud of Enes and the team. Keep of the good work everyone, and keep blessing us with the best tours on youtube.
Mr. Yilmazer, thank you for giving us a glimpse of some of the most amazing properties in the world. I love your style, the way you describe the properties you show us while staying true to yourself without making the rest of us feeling beneath those who own these properties. I love to watch your videos and your camera men's interaction is right on cue, kudos. Please continue to make videos that makes us dream of the posibilities of great things to come to us. This penthouse is the most amazing residence I have ever seen and the person who owns it is a very lucky individual. Thank you.
I am more impressed by the shooting and editing of this video (especially those drone shots and smooth transitions from daylight to nightime) than the penthouse.
I cannot stop looking at the white plastic light switches and outlet covers everywhere, and those white baseboard trims! It makes you forget where you are!
😂. For 250 million, I'd think those outlet face plate covers would be of silver and the baseboards would be crafted from hard wood beautifully stained and shined up.
I can handle that. What got me was the misaligned shelf in the office, where they join in the middle. Then again i cant afford the dust lying on that shelf, so what does my opinion matter.
The baseboards are not white, they're silver and they're made of aluminum not plastic, they're not cheap, they house the fin tube system that prevents the windows from fogging up.
Amazing video - so well done. I have to be honest - I wouldn't want to live up there, there's something sort of depressing about it all - living way above society, feels isolating - but aesthetically breathtaking. Thank you for the video
Congratulations Enes & Mikey for all you've accomplished in a relatively short time! You're receiving well deserved attention from the cream of the crop in the world of super high end properties! This tour was breathtaking. Thank you for giving everyone a look of what a unique, and very exclusive property like that looks like. Truly amazing! The fact that you both were almost speechless is the best marketing for that type of property.
Not gonna lie this is like the ULTIMATE crib. Everything on point from the sleek furniture and design, massive windows, views, ceilings etc. Everything screams ultimate quality while still managing to be understated, elegant and warm.
Well, appart from the fact that you need no less than Tom Cruise himself to clean the windows, this is breathtaking! Enes and your team, bravo, outstanding production value as always.
Found this channel yesterday, and can't believe the algorythm kept this from me. This is clearly a passion project, and so well done. As much as i love this crazy real estate, its also rewarding to see you living the dream by bringing us to places we can never go, that you clearly have a passion for, as it shows. Bravo!
As someone that has a fear of heights this house is awesome but would terrifying to step into. I wouldn't be able to get near any of those windows, much less clean them.
Not impressed with the penthouse but Enes and Mickey freaking killed it as usual. What a fantastic job these guys do. They can present snow to an eskimo and he'd be impressed.
With me its the price tag. You could own a massive yacht, beach house in Malibu, mountain home in Colorado and a private jet and STILL have cash left over from the $250,000,000.
I'm Brazilian, where that little dining table came from. breathtaking property, the most beautiful I have ever seen in my life and a dream that is perhaps unattainable, since in my currency it costs more than 1 billion. I cried and reflected a lot during the night tour. Congratulations and thanks for the experience Enes 🙏🏾

its a quarter of a billion dollars. i expect to own a zipcode, not a small apartment for that kind of money. the maintenance fees must be at least $1 million a month, and god knows how many millions per year the city will charge for realty taxes. the furniture looks dated, likely because it was never lived in. you had investors buying it, then flipping it soon later until they got to this price point where nobody would buy. only a handful of people in the world could afford a place like this, and if they are not looking to buy, it will stay on the market for decades.
@@BobRooney290 I sorta feel like any investors were smart enough to consider the market when they bought it. Doubt they’d still be in business if they didn’t.

That surprises me, multi-billionaires should be able to just spunk $250m on something like this. Yes the place has so much space that most of it will go unused but the views are sick

Ryan Does business with shady Chinese government officals linked to the Biden family... one was actually "disappeared"...

You can say "If you can afford this then you'll never need to worry about taxes, insurance, maintenance, etc." But that's assuming you have the income/asset forever!...NO ONE can guarantee that, not even Jesse Livermore...
@@spoookyspencer not sure how good a 4% is when inflation hits 20% the last few years lol…equity like S&P dropped 90% during C19 and pretty much EVERYONE uses margin so a couple bad cycles that catches you unawares would do you in…

I'm not an engineer but that's the first thing that came to my mind, too:
oddly enough, when I thought about that, I also thought about the OTHER civil/architectural engineering wonder that has occupied my mind for years: the Angkor Wat of Cambodia...

Ou te mesmo tomar um banho naquele banheiro espelhado pela madrugada, deve ser uma experiência realmente surreal.
The engineering that goes into such a building ist just INSANE.
You mean like having a 2.4 million pound counterweight just above your 250 million dollar bedroom? Would you trust that building? I wouldn't... 😮
its a quarter of a billion dollars. i expect to own a zipcode, not a small apartment for that kind of money. the maintenance fees must be at least $1 million a month, and god knows how many millions per year the city will charge for realty taxes. the furniture looks dated, likely because it was never lived in. you had investors buying it, then flipping it soon later until they got to this price point where nobody would buy. only a handful of people in the world could afford a place like this, and if they are not looking to buy, it will stay on the market for decades.
@@BobRooney290 I sorta feel like any investors were smart enough to consider the market when they bought it. Doubt they’d still be in business if they didn’t.
okay the view is amazing but I wouldnt want to live there to be honest...it doesnt look very cozy, it looks so empty and lifeless
@@HK-gm8pe This is for princes to buy and visit once every few years with their people, no one's gonna live there. If it weren't digital times, anyone that isn't royal or a true generational pioneer wouldn't even know about places like this tbh.
I am old enough to remember when the biggest event on 57th Street was when the 57th Street subway station opened in 1968! 😊
Wunderschönes Penthouse, passt perfekt zu New York. 🌃👍
Well said!
Does it come with parachutes? lol. If there's ever a fire below you there is only one way down.

Someone needs to invent single seat, e-z to operate mini copters you store on your roof that will gently take you to the ground.
As beautiful as the place is and as impressive/breathtaking as the views are, engineering takes the cake. It's just a mind-blowing accomplishment. I love Enes's tours because he pays attention to all these details. Congratulation on all the respect you guys are getting, it's well deserved.
Appreciate it!
Most annoying thing about living there would be waiting on elevators and the length of time riding up and down.
Elevators have been breaking all the time and power outages in these tall buildings.
@@rafaelsalvador9045 ya to go get a bagel or coffee
You have your own private elevator.
there is a direct elevator coming to penthouse
Do you know how fucking FAST that private personal elevator prolly is!?!...
14:26 A crooked shelf in an apartment worth 250 million is a disgrace.
i could never live in a place that high. just watching the video makes me a little dizzy. id be scared to death 24/7 of falling out or the elevator falling or w/e
Ikr!
same here
Wow, this penthouse is like a dream come true! The sheer opulence and luxury are mind-blowing. I can only imagine myself lounging in those plush Brazilian chairs, sipping on champagne, and enjoying the breathtaking views. But you know what really crossed my mind? The pure bliss of sitting on a golden toilet, taking the most comfortable dump of my life in this extravagant masterpiece. It's the perfect fusion of comfort and extravagance!
