I agree. Most of the 30 ++ million dollar homes are usually very hollow. I dont like their design. It makes u feel empty in a big castle. But there are a couple of exception though

There's nothing rare about Mini Mokes, they were used in the Caribbean as rental cars for decades. LOL Rare in America yes, but they are all over the world.

I love how there’s an actual designated, designed space for a gym. I swear there’s been some homes that are double the price that are like “meh. This room is currently staged as a gym.”

True. One thing I'd value the most in a house worth this price is privacy. And some mansions seems to have none. The pool design in the backyard is also amazing.
When you see the prices of some of these mansions, you might think that’s a lot of money. Crazy part is that some people ( millionaires/billionaires ) make $1 million dollars in 30 days, some in a few days. Now that’s crazy! Point is theses price ranges are nothing to them.
Keep it up ... Make sure you actually have people working for you in order to achieve this ... Even a 6 figure 9 to 5 job won6 get you this. .... Build your own company! I believe in you 🙏🏼
It’s so beautiful, I’m on the verge of tears. It’s like a dream come true. It’s very spacious, opulent, perfect home decor, eclectic, and cozy. It’s perfect, it’s magnificent. With a kitchen like that I would cook there every day.
This is probably the first house on this channel I would move in if I had enough money. Really beautiful, much more made for using it then for impressing people but still impressing, it looks huge but still cozy,... way more likable than these 100 million + houses in my opinion.

For such a large house it has a surprisingly warm and homely feeling to it. You see many homes that are focused on showing off how rich they are, but this home is classy and elegant without being flashy. And given all the amenities, 20 mil is a very good deal for those who can afford it.

I was pretty fascinated by this house. It had a nice touch to the inside with a lot of detail. The back yard was perfect, the pool was one of my favorites. Seemed like a lot of house for the money. And as always you guys are so amazing. Keep up the good work and keep touring.
This is a pretty rare house I think in the fact that it is so incredibly expansive, yet no matter where you are on the property it never loses its sense of being a proper, warm home and not just a fancy big building, Great tour Enes and team!

Enes is seriously one of the best I’ve seen at TH-cam house tours. The delivery is polished, he describes all details without breaking stride and keeps your interest. (Eg the description of the front of the house and the study). Great work, keep it up 👍🏻

The delivery is polished, he describes all details without breaking stride and keeps your interest. (Eg the description of the front of the house and the study).
