there’s just something about this house that is amazing. it feels huge but homey and comfortable, there’s everything you need, yard space, doggie wash, pool, gym, theater, etc., and there’s seclusion. it’s literally perfect and worth the price, not like most of the $20-$50 million ones you see
True. One thing I'd value the most in a house worth this price is privacy. And some mansions seems to have none. The pool design in the backyard is also amazing.

There's nothing rare about Mini Mokes, they were used in the Caribbean as rental cars for decades. LOL Rare in America yes, but they are all over the world.

When you see the prices of some of these mansions, you might think that’s a lot of money. Crazy part is that some people ( millionaires/billionaires ) make $1 million dollars in 30 days, some in a few days. Now that’s crazy! Point is theses price ranges are nothing to them.
This beautiful and interesting home is unlike almost all of the other homes that I have seen on TH-cam. As you walk through it, you are drawn in as you travel through the rooms and other spaces that create a powerful synergy that captivates and embraces you.
This is probably the first house on this channel I would move in if I had enough money. Really beautiful, much more made for using it then for impressing people but still impressing, it looks huge but still cozy,... way more likable than these 100 million + houses in my opinion.
Wow... where on earth do you start with this one. This Georgian inspired home is breathtaking, it really is. The owners taste is faultless. I love the colour scheme throughout and finishing touches are superb and quality amazing. The layout makes perfect sense and the price reasonable. Hope the owners have a quick sale. I've seen so many houses now both on your channel and other's, but this was one of my favourites because it feels personal and cosy (where many mega mansions feel a bit like living in a museum or something). I want this one!
WOW, i think its a bargain for 20 million USD. The entire place flows perfectly from one room to the next and it makes perfect sense. Some of the mega homes that you show are just out of control but this one... not only is it fabulous... you can imagine it working very well as a home too. Its my fav place you have shown. Love it.

Wow! it's a mansion that has a homey feel, Doesn't look or feel like a museum or corporate party house yet has all the amenities to serve as a corporate party house. They somehow made a huge mansion feel cozy. One of the few California mansions that totally seems like it is worth the price.

Wow. This house is amazing. This is one worth it the investment. Not only for the main house but also for that guest/staff house in the back of the main one. Also loved to finally see a house with a studio, since I am a music enthusiast. I'd probably make that second garage into a bigger studio though. But really amazing house.

Wow! it's a mansion that has a homey feel, Doesn't look or feel like a museum or corporate party house yet has all the amenities to serve as a corporate party house. They somehow made a huge mansion feel cozy. One of the few California mansions that totally seems like it is worth the price.
