I love the way he admires and appreciates things about each home in a genuine way. You know Enes genuinely loves touring homes. Other home tours feel like a "listen to how much I know about these mansion features" or a "look how cool I look talking about and touring these mansions". I learn so much about engineering, architectural and decor details from these 2. Love this channel!

I agree with others, this is the first multi million dollar home I've seen on your channel that actually looks and feels like a home. I love all the finishes and decor. I would put the gym on the 2nd floor, it would get much more use having those views to look at while your working out 😍

Finally, a house that doesn't seem like a warehouse all cold and unwelcoming. This house actually looks like a home and you can imagine a family running around, living, and playing in it.

I was just thinking that. Enes shows some of the most beautiful estates in his videos, but a lot of those "ultra modern mega mansions" feel more like pretentious office space than a home.
This one and most of older listings, have actual warmth to them.
but it only has place to sit, you go downstairs you sit, upstairs you sit, bedrooms you sit. I think the design of the house is beautiful most of it is well furnitured but, they lacked a bit of imagination of what to do with so many space, so they just throw sitting areas around.
EXACTLY! I hate the 'office building' style mansions. If I were to suddenly come into, say, billions of dollars (keep dreaming Nancy), I'd want something like Wayne Manor from the 60's "Batman" show!

I never thought I'd enjoy doing laundry but this elegant barn door laundry room with a view would change my mind.
In my opinion this is the best house y'all have toured yet...usually big houses tend to have very little details but this 1 is big and has the details. I love it ❤️

I've watched videos of more expensive homes, but this one is an absolute dream! Despite its opulence, and luxury I still feel like it would be comfortable and practical to actually live in for everyday life. This property provided so many jaw dropping moments. Perfect design and architecture which will be gorgeous and timeless for years to come. Fantastic showing, Enes! I know it can't be easy to make the video flow with all the square footage to cover! :-)

This is probably the best house I’ve ever seen in my life and I’ve seen some GREAT ones! I can only imagine living there seems like you’re in a vacation resort because of the great amenities and water sounds outside.

Really great video & tour! But I miss the floorplan on screen. I loved that about your channel! It helped me with placing the layout in my head since I'm a visual learner.
Love the warm colors! I'd have that dining room turned into a plant room in no time! A lot of those small shrubs would be blueberry bushes in that back garden, a few lemon and olive trees. Some flowers, of course!

This is one of the houses that you can live with your parents, because of that little separation from the main house. And still feel like they not in your way..(hope I make sense). The fact you can have guests and they can have their own privacy. I love this house. It feels warm, homy and not like some hotel. Worth every penny ❤️❤️

This is one of the best Enes has toured. I’ve watched the entire thing like 3 times already. Never get bored. Its amazing. Don’t kill but the one disappointment I have is in a house that large, I feel the fitness area could have gotten more attention. There were innumerable seating areas compared to just 2 bikes. I would have loved to see a fully equipped gym.

I really liked that the bedroom balconies are actually private. I've seen quite a few multi-million dollar homes with a master bath with "views" and access to a balcony that any house guest can casually walk up to.
The neighbors have a commanding view of the entire backyard and pool - and line of sight into the master and all balconies.
