I have to say that I met David Johnson and learned that he is not only a visionary but also a fantastic developer and ever more, an incredible human being. I also had the honor to stay in the guest house, Rainbow and I have to confirm is that everything Enes described in this incredible video, is absolutely 100% true. The property is simply amazing and Oil Nut Bay is a paradise.

Didn't stay at Oil Nut bay, but did visit and snorkel in the bay. It is the most beautiful place on earth. Money no object, I would spend the rest of my life living there. It is truly the most beautiful place on earth.
This is one of the only homes shown on this whole channel that actually looks liveable. The room sizes and designs are not insane and the furniture and appliances actually look like ones that you would find in a middle class home. I still would rather have a small cozy suburban home, but I feel like I could spend a few days there, which I couldn't say for 99% of the homes shown on this channel. Cool video.

I was down at Oil Nut Bay in 2014. They didn't have everything built out, but I actually had lunch with my tour guide on the spot there this home is. Pretty majestic spot, crashing waves, incredible. I'll be back at Oil Nut bay in 2023, staying at the Cliff Suites, simply can't wait for my "Triumphant Return" to ONB, and the great people of Virgin Gorda!!!!

It's more than a five-star resort! Golf cart transport means luxury! The sea views all around are incredible, and the exterior looks like a mansion that blends in with nature! The most impressive interior decoration is that water wall, and the roof plants and maintenance plan are the biggest highlights! Of course, we did not forget the water activities. So great both the property and the work done by Enes and his brilliant team. The improvement of his channel is just mind blowing. I'll never forget the first video of him I saw in 2020 when he was touring the most expensive house in Calabasas. The spirit of his channel is unique and I hope he and his wonderful team will keep doing the good job.
A gorgeous estate, this particular residence practically has it all. I REALLY appreciate the guest rooms. I wonder if the locals make use of rain catchment? A most serene, jovial community. In a heartbeat, I would retire here.
As a builder myself, I can't help but be amazed at what it took to not only transport all the materials, furniture, fixtures, etc. to the site, probably from all over the world, but fabricate it all on site, coordinate the aesthetics throughout, and house the workers, as well as create work spaces for them....How long did it take from start to finish to build Lion Heart Estate. ?
Wow. A lot to unpack in this one. The island is like one of those places you would have on one of those "Wish you were here" postcards. Lovely beaches, great for boating, laid-back neighbors, lush greenery all around. The ocean looks breath-taking. No cars, which means the air quality must be great. Even has bars, restaurants, and a petting zoo. Now the place itself....it's like something out of the classic cartoon show "The Jetsons" with the way it's laid out. I love how the main kitchen is laid out, especially that cooking area. And I envy you for being able to stay in the guest house. And I'd feel very comfortable to take a shower outside there. It's not just a lovely home, it's an all around crazy looking experience. As always, I have to give a big thank you for sharing your experiences with us while you tour god-tier real estates like this one. I don't have to say keep up the good work, because from what I see, you always do, Enes.😁
It's an old adage that a piece of property is like a kiss. It doesn't matter how big it is, what matters is it's location. This property is paradise on earth. It's location has been so effectively utilised that to own a house here is to actually turn others totally green with envy. Kudos!

Rzeczywiście. Cena zawrotna. Choć skoro taka duża, pytanie czy... jest infrastruktura? Skoro wyspa 'prywatna' prawie, to mam nadzieję, że są jakieś sklepy, bo jeśli trzeba byłoby kupić 'masło' i z tego powodu płynąć na kontynent, to słaby plan. Wiadomo, że z tą ceną trzeba liczyć się, aby zatrudnić ogrodnika (do tych zieloności, bo żeby tak ładnie wygląda, to trzeba dbać) i kogoś, kto będzie sprzątał i czyścił szyby, aby zawsze był piękny widok ;) Zresztą to dom dla kilku procent społeczeństwa - milionerów i multimiliarderów, który pewnie przez dużą część roku stoi pusty, a korzysta się z niego w wakacje ;)

A large part of the roof area could have been equipped with solar panels to generate electricity. The rainwater could be caught and collected to use to flush the toilet. From a sustainability point of view, the house was designed very carelessly.
Agreed! The green roof only makes the house blend in to the landscape when seen from above from a drone. And no one will ever see this view. Plants and dirt on the roof are destined to cause a nightmare of water damage.

I absolutely love this house! Amazing architecture! This surely goes to my favourites list. But I have to point out that as an interior designer, I really didn't like the way the staged the house. They could have done so much better to compliment the property and the views around. Felt kind of outdated. But with that on the side, I LOVE IT.
I think most people who aren't designers will not notice it's "outdated". Alot of people here seem to dig it alot regardless. It works so why mess with it.

Coming from a place where it's hard to even think about stepping into such mansions, but still I come to this channel for inspiration and the beauty that mankind is able to create. Keep it UP!
Enes should rename his channel the "expensive homes with spectacular views" channel, because that seems to be the majority of the properties he tours. I like this home, and if I was on an island in the Caribbean, I would want to be somewhat elevated, as protection from storm surges and such.
I think if that house was in the Hollywood Hills, it would be an okay asking price. But on an island, separated from everything by boat/helicopter, I think it's a bit overpriced. It's really just not a lot of living space.

As a builder myself, I can't help but be amazed at what it took to not only transport all the materials, furniture, fixtures, etc. to the site, probably from all over the world, but fabricate it all on site, coordinate the aesthetics throughout, and house the workers, as well as create work spaces for them....How long did it take from start to finish to build Lion Heart Estate. ?
Wow. A lot to unpack in this one. The island is like one of those places you would have on one of those "Wish you were here" postcards. Lovely beaches, great for boating, laid-back neighbors, lush greenery all around. The ocean looks breath-taking. No cars, which means the air quality must be great. Even has bars, restaurants, and a petting zoo. Now the place itself....it's like something out of the classic cartoon show "The Jetsons" with the way it's laid out. I love how the main kitchen is laid out, especially that cooking area. And I envy you for being able to stay in the guest house. And I'd feel very comfortable to take a shower outside there. It's not just a lovely home, it's an all around crazy looking experience. As always, I have to give a big thank you for sharing your experiences with us while you tour god-tier real estates like this one. I don't have to say keep up the good work, because from what I see, you always do, Enes.😁

From the outside it looks more like a museum visitor center than an actual house. That location, however, can't be beat.
It's an old adage that a piece of property is like a kiss. It doesn't matter how big it is, what matters is it's location. This property is paradise on earth. It's location has been so effectively utilised that to own a house here is to actually turn others totally green with envy. Kudos!

Rzeczywiście. Cena zawrotna. Choć skoro taka duża, pytanie czy... jest infrastruktura? Skoro wyspa 'prywatna' prawie, to mam nadzieję, że są jakieś sklepy, bo jeśli trzeba byłoby kupić 'masło' i z tego powodu płynąć na kontynent, to słaby plan. Wiadomo, że z tą ceną trzeba liczyć się, aby zatrudnić ogrodnika (do tych zieloności, bo żeby tak ładnie wygląda, to trzeba dbać) i kogoś, kto będzie sprzątał i czyścił szyby, aby zawsze był piękny widok ;) Zresztą to dom dla kilku procent społeczeństwa - milionerów i multimiliarderów, który pewnie przez dużą część roku stoi pusty, a korzysta się z niego w wakacje ;)

I must say this is one of the first buildings I really like at first glance. A lot of love to detail.
A large part of the roof area could have been equipped with solar panels to generate electricity. The rainwater could be caught and collected to use to flush the toilet. From a sustainability point of view, the house was designed very carelessly.
Agreed! The green roof only makes the house blend in to the landscape when seen from above from a drone. And no one will ever see this view. Plants and dirt on the roof are destined to cause a nightmare of water damage.

I absolutely love this house! Amazing architecture! This surely goes to my favourites list. But I have to point out that as an interior designer, I really didn't like the way the staged the house. They could have done so much better to compliment the property and the views around. Felt kind of outdated. But with that on the side, I LOVE IT.
I think most people who aren't designers will not notice it's "outdated". Alot of people here seem to dig it alot regardless. It works so why mess with it.

Enes should rename his channel the "expensive homes with spectacular views" channel, because that seems to be the majority of the properties he tours. I like this home, and if I was on an island in the Caribbean, I would want to be somewhat elevated, as protection from storm surges and such.
