      Awsome work (you and your team) as usual, well served with your charisma/style! Personally I would have loved to see you exchange / having a direct interaction with Supercar Blondie: e.g common house visit (you as expert of course) and then let her present the garage content... It would have certainly been a nice enrichment to your content. Anyway bravo, keep up like this!

    There are some interesting properties on this channel. Presentation is well made here again! But with that building everything is weird: 1) outside it looks like made from a beginner architect in SketchUp - ugly! 2) inside the main room looks like a lobby of a 3-star hotel. 3) everything else is pretty standard not not special with only a few expections and 4) location - Dubai - wtf. It looks like it has been planned two years ago for crypto millionaires without any taste or Russian oligarchs as target groups. But both are not available now so they have a problem to sell this now for this price.

    • @evelynzlon9492
      @evelynzlon9492 2 ปีที่แล้ว +9

    • @evelynzlon9492
      @evelynzlon9492 2 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      And bizarrely, they bothered to place a large high-end tv in that prison cell of a servant's bedroom. This was an unnecessary expense whose only purpose is obviously to reinforce the notion that inanimate OBJECTS in the home are more important than the comfort of the servants. That's really, really mean.

    • @evelynzlon9492
      @evelynzlon9492 2 ปีที่แล้ว +6

      Also, the room is designed such that it would be difficult to watch the tv while lying in bed. The servant must either a) stand, or b) block the door with furniture to watch tv, adding yet another dimension fear and discomfort. You know what? No.

    • @spencervance8484
      @spencervance8484 2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Growing up, i slept in a room like that...it was big enough that i could sit with my back on the bed and my outstretched feet could touch the wall. In other words, my white walled, non decorated, cold room was bigger. I hated that room. I would not wish it on anyone

    • @evelynzlon9492
      @evelynzlon9492 2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@spencervance8484 Poor thing. The reason why this room is so cramped and hostile is because Middle Eastern servants are often sold illegally into slavery elsewhere. This type of layout helps condition them to be treated like utter dogs. The reason why servant-related objects are purposely treated with more importance than the servants themselves because human beings can experience misery and suffering but objects can't. Torture is just a normal part of the process, which can be quickly deduced upon inspection of the property. Also, most people who can afford this property do not watch tv. At all. Period. It's interesting that the designers are imposing elite values upon their servants, by creating a built-in punishment for watching tv. These people are crazy. You mark my word, they are crazy.

    The production value of these is going through the roof! Congrats Enes. Very unique and cool home. A few critiques... I've heard the water in the palms doesn't flow as naturally as the ocean and there was some stagnation issues. Resolved? The views are spectacular from this home but every shot I see of Dubai shows it covered in a hazy grey fog. Do you ever see the blue skies there? Access to the ocean is very cool but it seems like it would eliminate any privacy of whoever walks up and down the beach even if it's just local residents.

      I thought I was the only one thinking the 40 million dollar price tag is too much for this house. Maybe if the house comes with all cars, than maybe you can justify the price tag. I’ve recently seen a house they did in Ibiza for about the same price and with all do respect, this one shouldn’t cost not even half the price from the one from Ibiza.

I’m sure there are people that will not agree with me, but I wouldn’t compare Ibiza to Dubai for living. I mean, don’t get me wrong, it’s in my bucket list to visit Dubai, I would absolutely love to go there. But living there is a lot different than visiting. I would choose Ibiza 100% of the time for living. Living anywhere Europe is also in my bucket list. So to each his own.

It really shows how the architect feels about those who will work for the buyers. The cars are treated better than their employees.

    Multi-million dollar mansion and the maids quarters no bigger than a closet? Such a shame. I stopped watching at that point. Not sure if that’s a purpose design/intent or a sign of the culture and how they treat their staff. All mega-mansion videos in the states and elsewhere have at least modest/above par quarters for the help. Ridiculous.

    When I was at school, I read an interesting story about the Emirates in a magazine: morning, the whole big family gathered - today is a special day, the terrifying daughter disgraced the whole family, she was noticed alone in the car - she was kissing a foreigner, it was decided to drown her in such a big pool in front of the house to wash the shame from the whole family. So not all that glitters is gold! In the emirates, only millions of Arabs are people with complete rights, the rest are servants and slaves! Welcome to the Middle Ages with the latest technology...
