I have seen F1 races here before (on TV that is) but to see the circuit like this gives you a real appreciation for it. Doesn't look like you are doin half-bad, mate! Carry on...
@@AquaLoki Exactly this, plus the focal length of the camera lens will have something to do with it as well, as the key is NOWHERE near close to the body/head. I've just gone and sat on mine out of sheer curiousity, as I never noticed it before, and I'm miles away from it (I literally have to be lying on the tank with my head nearly on the screen to get close - and no way any normal person would ride like that!). You can actually see at the end when he is getting off the bike, and when the other lad comes in, where the key placements are in reality - and it's clear they are well out of the way, so it's deffo the placement of Chris's camera on his lid, and the effect of the lens (which kinda 'fisheyes' the closer it gets to an object) that makes it look like the key is about to hit you. 😉
now if you could just show us the turning circle outside in the car park please and take a shot of the bike (landscape mode of course!) with the iPhone that would be great. lol! Seriously amazing vid, bike and as always production quality. Said it many time that 44 are THE BEST on YT. end of!

Someone should slap a turbo on a bike with all the electronic assists (like a R1M)and see what happens. Could you whack the throttle open and have lift control keep the tire down? What about slide control? Could you tune traction control to not freak out everytime boost hits? These are questions for someone with more money and knowledge than me to answer.
The way you grip the throttle, so delicate. You barely put any pressure on the bars, do you? Makes it look so easy. Also, i think i spotted a wild Northover :D
Got rid of my 2019. Constant issues with it going into limp mode and it seemed like it starved for fuel at times. I’ll get the street fighter or the 2020 s if they have all the kinks out cuz when they work they’re amazing machines.
Stupid noob question - do you still have to release the throttle when using a blipper? I don't see Chris' right hand moving at all! Am I just not seeing it?
How do you cope with wind noise when driving this fast? Do you wear earplugs for example? I'm curious to know because even 110km/h becomes to loud for me 😢

@@thesled Remember chris is actually pretty tall and he has an action camera + a mount on his chin. The key is not as close to his helmet as it looks.
