Blimey Sam I think it must be me you are talking about …. I really push myself and then beat myself me when I end up missing out on things . Friends have invited us away in their caravan in September fingers crossed I am able to go . Im having another back op next week and having my spinal cord stimulator battery replaced . Hopefully having a few weeks rest I will be able to go .

Sam I can really resonate with a heck of a lot of what you said in this video. My biggest issue is pushing myself too far and running on adrenaline, as soon as I stop I end up crashing. Also getting grouchy because I’m in pain and not correctly expressing my feeling to family members so it comes out as anger or moodiness when in actual fact I’m just in pain and need help xxxx
Yep i feel this 100% hun you need find to find a way to easily show your in pain. One way is something visual the octopus that has a smile on one side and an unhappy face on the other is a good way as you can havr a talk when not in pain about what each side means. So that when your in that mindset you just need to put ut to the sad face somewhere that is visible so people can easily sea. Xx

Love watching your channel, you always look gorgeous. I’ve fibromyalgia, which I managed really well. Now my discs are collapsing, and fusing, and then I was diagnosed with Myasthenia Gravis. I’ve had to give up work, and now I’m bed bound and on morphine. If you’re on Fentanyl patches do you use the generic ones or the proper ones? The generic used to give me a brilliant 24 hours, and then two days in absolute pain. Can I also ask was it your GP who sorted out your pain meds, or did you go to see a specialists? My dr is trying to take me off morphine, but not wanting to replace with anything other than paracetamol. Many thanks 😊
No im on durogesic ones as the generic ones arent as good. Im seen by my gp but was seen by the pain specialist too xx

Hi Sam hope your having a great holiday you've sure got the weather .you talk sense with your down days and down time since hubby Mike went into a care home which was a very had decision for me as Mike has bi polar and went down hill last year while on holiday when we got back he went into hospital again cand one of the nurses said do you want him home again well I had a long long think I've got copd and someday it's hard enough for me to look after myself so I spoke to the nurse and said Mike will be better uina home where he will be looked after propley he lives the home he's is I have a holiday just after 17 May I went on a coach holiday I knew people on the coach I had a great time I used to go upto my room after evening meal put my pj's on and lie on the bed watching telly as I do drink and not fussy on the entertainment I just relaxed upstairs as I'd been out all day on the coach you have a great time with the boys and your dad and make loads and loads of memories so when alfie is about 20 he can say remember when j was little and ...?..love fran xxxx
