Kristen...this is the wonderful magic of the Instant Pot. You can simmer a dish all afternoon in only a half-hour. I'm delighted that I found mine when they were new to the market. I've been cooking in pressure cookers for the fifty years we've been married. I've used up two stove top pressure cookers and was in the market for another when I found the Instant Pot. Best thing I've EVER used. I truly enjoy your videos -- this one in particular looks to be a real winner. I'll have to make it without tomatoes but, my wife cannot eat anything with tomatoes. It's more important to fix what she can eat than to follow a recipe perfectly. Keep up the good work!
My hubs could not stop eating this!! It is so good, easy and with the explicit instructions you write, invaluable to a new IP user. Thank you for making our dinner so delicious. We enjoyed every bite.
Hey Kristen! Found your channel a few months ago when we finally decided to stop being afraid of our Instantpot! 😂 We had your chicken cacciatore recipe for dinner tonight and, it was amazing! We’ve also tried your roast beef recipe twice! It was amazing too! Thank-you SO much for your detailed, easy-to-follow instructions and your incredibly delicious recipes! Take Care!
Just made the tuna noodle from last video so very good. Made a lot! I did put in extra broth I had in the fridge I had opened to make chicken picotta. It came out perfect. Going to make again.
I fell in love with Chicken Cacciatore since the very first time I had it in a restaurant. I saved this video so I can try it soon when I gather all the ingredients...👍
You absolutely could, but the cooking time would be different and the ratios in this recipe would need changed. So this is one time, I don't recommend it.
Seriously? Geez Louise. You could have turned the sound off and merely read the video notes for the recipe. Let us know when you air your cooking video so we can evaluate your ability to do a better job.
I didn't even notice and I am sensitive to sound. I think the music is a nice low level. And all I can hear is cooking really. Which is a wonderful sound.

I also made the tuna noodle, but am doing the no grain no sugar thing. Just replaced egg noodles with chickpea noodles and it was awesome.
@@robt8173 Great to know it turned out using chickpea noodles!

It's so good! I hope you enjoy this version.
Can I use more chicken thigh? Thank you❤
Yes! Feel free to use up to 4 pounds.
I think you could make your pasta in the pressure cooker too.
You absolutely could, but the cooking time would be different and the ratios in this recipe would need changed. So this is one time, I don't recommend it.
Looks great if I close my eyes 👀 I can smell my grandma kitchen.
Nothing better than grandma's kitchen!
ooh I have never tried Chicken Cacciatore. Does it taste a bit like pizza??
Not really pizza, unless you top your pizza with olives and mushrooms. More like pasta puttanesca.
If you don't crowd the pan, you'll probably have better luck actually searing the chicken.
That is 100% true!
The background noise is beyond awful
I am sorry it was that distracting to you.
