First time doing this workout today and I loved it. Really liked the calmness of your voice and the gentle flow if the movements. Dear Mira. I absolutely love this class. I have been doing it for the past year at least once a week, since I need to work on my mobility of the shoulders due to my past injury. Do you plan on recording more pilates classes with the resistance band? would love to hear from you about it!!
this was fantastic..it was peaceful without the music, the background was relaxing and the workout was perfectly paced for me.

I loved it! The band makes some of the moves easier: e.g. using it eases the discomfort in my hip flexor during Leg Circle (from bringing the leg to 90•). And it makes some moves harder e.g. using the band while pumping in the Hundreds. I used only my long green band this time, but next time I will bring out other props I have, like my mini-band (for Clams) and my no-roll band for Forward-Up-Down-Back. Thank u!

I like your classes. It would be good to have more camera angles so that we can see what you are actually doing. Sometimes I couldn't tell what the move was.
