    Here’s the thing. th-cam.com/users/postUgkxS7ex6L4sMqpaTn4LnBPyBmRQsSingL8y These are not meant to be stretched to 12ft or 14ft or whatever else where you’re a 6ft person, stepping in the band and trying to do standing shoulder presses. If they tear, (assuming they’re not defective) then you’re trying to stretch them way too far. For a full body stretch, bands should be like three feet long, doubled over. Don’t buy the bad press. A fully extended reverse fly is avoid as far as you should stretch these. If it’s too easy, use more than one band at a time.Not rocket science.

    I just want to say that I suffer from severe PCOS. At 5'4 & Weighing 228lbs. Gaining weight was so easy while losing it was a battle. My height along with my weight I couldn't stand the term Obese- But I knew my Doctor was right, I had to make changes.
    I don't like going to the gym- because I'm extremely shy & embarrassed about my body being in the public. Especially working out haha. So i started researching at home what would be the best effective workouts for me to do in my living room instead-
    & stumbled on you guys. My brother gave me a pack of different level resistance bands- & I started training with you guys putting on this video almost every morning. Until I was able to move on to your other videos which I love all of them by the way! haha..this was two in half months ago- And I lost 20 lbs & counting!! Of course with eating clean- staying active mixing it up with pre-workouts- I can't thank you guys enough & will continue to follow Hasfit religiously! I love Claudia's modifications & Coach Kozaks motivating words. Which I am now able to do coaches Standard Moves! I love keeping track of the calorie and time you guys show as well. Thank you!       228 lbs thats over a hundred kilograms. How on earth do you get that overweight without noticing? Im 62 kilograms. I couldnt imagine being that big. Its a serious question. How does it happen? Thank you for your time.

    So proud that I finished the full 30 minutes. I can’t do push up to save my life, but I’ll definitely work on it! I pray pray pray we all get to see our body goals. Pray that we all stay consistent, motivated, & focused. With hard work and support . WE WILL GET SUCCEED!!! 🥰❤️❤️

      Bruh... Initially u lose water weight.. Still keep going... I have lost 4 times your weight in 5 months🥵😅... This workouts work only if we believe in ourselves and keep our form(postures) correct

      Today was my first time and at 20 minutes I had to pause for death. I then got up and continued and finished. Im hoping tomorrow will be easier and hoping to be consistent even if 4 times a week at the least.

    So I bought resistance bands 3 weeks ago as I decided I wanted to shed some weight. I wasn’t heavily overweight but I was sitting around 95kg and wanted to get rid of a bit. I was lethargic, feeding my negativity with awful food and hoping that I could lose weight without doing anything. NOT GONNA HAPPEN. I decided to make a change with my diet and incorporate exercise into my life and this video has helped me lose 6kg in 3 weeks and counting! NOW, it’s not been easy, changing diets and trying to form new habits never is but I’m now starting to see results and won’t look back. I don’t do this exercise every day, I do it 5 days a week as it allows the muscles to recover on the 2 days i take off (breaking them up Ive found is better as you can still maintain the routine.)

    I have a degree in Health Education and believe this workout is terrific for all ages of folks interested in improving fitness. The bands are terrific strength/resistance tools. My compliments to the gentleman doing the workout, great instruction and filming!

    I've never heard a trainer ask the viewer to "think about the reasons why you're doing this..." during the workout itself. Great technique! I find your style very motivational and effective. I also like it that you use the words "mission" and "serve you". I appreciate that lingo as I'm a lay preacher who is struggling to keep in shape amidst the busy life of a father and provider. My wife and I just started doing THIS workout and it's definitely one I want to keep on doing. I've subscribed and am looking forward to your other videos. Thanks so much for this great session you've put together. Again, I love the messages within the workout, Good stuff!

    I started this workout 2 years ago after the death of my significant other. I was out of shape and this was HARD! As coach Zokak says "stick with it and you will get there" I now perform this workout as a warm up to a 20 mile bike with a heavy strength band. The motivational comments "Fighter not a quitter", "We're going to stop when we're done we're not gonna quit when it hurts" stuck with me and I often found myself saying them to myself throughout the day as a pick me up. Everyone starts somewhere and I am so happy I clicked on this video and gave it a shot. Thank you coach Kozak and Claudia, You are the best!

    My husband and I just found you yesterday and did our first workout this morning. We are in our mid fifties and have mostly cycled and walked since the gyms are closed (with some weighted exercises). We LOVED how “doable “ these SEGMENTS are! The short segments get you started, then, you can build to the longer ones or do them when you have time for them. LOVE the modifications. It’s not crazy, unsafe,
    jerky movements. My knees and hips can’t twist like they used to. But, you have something for all ages! You both are kind and encouraging. Can’t say enough good things about you! My husband is donating to your cause! Can’t thank you enough!

    Just started exercising again. Decided to get my body back after reaching 290 pounds!! I managed to do this whole workout with some difficulty on like one of the ground exercise but I know it will get easier as I continue and will be able to perform better. Thanks for the workout, I will continue to use this in my routine.

    Thanks so much to Coach Kozale and Claudia at HASfit for choreographing such a well balanced and challenging resistance band workout! As an exercise physiologist, former personal trainer, Pilates instructor (and all around gym rat), I am *extremely* picky when it comes to the workout videos I choose to do and the instructors I choose to work with. I would recommend this video to my clients, friends and family without any hesitation. The exercises were effective, and the form exhibited was sound. I appreciated the options for modifications, and most especially, the reminders from the trainers to *keep breathing* and keep the core engaged. Like many of you, I was experiencing high anxiety when the fitness facilities shut down, and I cannot express enough how relieved I am to have found a challenging workout designed with integrity. Thanks, HASfit!! ❤

    As an unfit fat man just getting into a regular exercise routine I ordered a set of resistance bands to help get some stretching and cardio when I don't have much time or the weather is bad. Used this workout for the first time today and I'm seriously feeling it at the end. Just wanted to say thankyou for making a great, varied routine for us all to follow. I was a bit lost with what to do with the bands so something like this is mega helpful. :)

    I was consistently working out at the gym 4-5 days a week for 16 months and playing vb twice a week prior to Coronavirus....I do not have a home gym or weights. I do have a band and so glad I found this workout. Looking forward to other workouts you have that do not require weights...I do not want to lose what I've gained during the 16 months of consistency but feel as though I have the past two months. Hoping your workouts wil get me back to where I was and move forward!!!! Thank you!!!!

    Coach reminds me of me back when I was my cross country team captain in high school. Encouraging people to work hard consistently with the goal to beat your personal best. As captain having had a couple years in the sport and all, you can tell when someone was going through the motions and when someone was giving it what they had. You sir were giving it good. Love stretching. As you get stronger it can be easy to lose that flexibility but its so crucial to have that balance of strength and flexibility to feel great and reduce injury risk. Always warm up, stretch and hydrate. Hard work, consistency and some discipline and most all goals are attainable.

    Today was my first day and I almost quit after 20 minutes but pushed through. My sweat was sweating and I was dying. I felt good to have completed and also the way my body felt. I have subscribed and will do more resistance band work outs. Love the convenience of doing it anytime at home. Thank you Hasfit. I hope to return in 2 or 4 weeks with an update on my progress.

    I am unemployed and needed a workout that I could do with what I have at home and this fits the bill. I also needed a workout that was not too stressful on the lower back due to an earlier lower back injury. I am 69 and have not sweat this much in so long. I will strive for your consistency and keep reminding myself why I am here one habit at a time . Thank you

    Like many of you, because of the pandemic, I purchased bands to replace my gym workout. After about 3 weeks, I am pleasantly surprised at the benefits of this workout. Highly recommend purchasing quality resistance bands (they are not all the same). One more thing ...... have a towel ready!

    Love that this workout does not require anchor points for the bands and is challenging in just the right amount of workout time. Also don't always feel like going to the gym when it's below zero with 40 mph wind gusts.

    Thank you very much for the work out videos. I have made a choice to better improve my health, by eating better. Results are good so far 25-30 lbs off since September - and more needs to go. But, as I looked in the mirror, I saw that most of my muscle and definition is GONE. So, I bought a resistance band with "instructions inside". How sad those instructions were. Thank heaven I found your workouts on TH-cam. Only my 2nd day, but you're kicking my 62 year old butt! I know things will only get better.

    Started your resistance band workouts 3 years ago at age 61 , I do 2 different 30 minutes with bands + 15 minutes abs and obliques each week.
    This really works for me. I look and feel good [ I think ].

    I try and incorporate this workout about once a week. I walk, run, do lots of stairs, do kettlebell workouts...each time I do this, my body feels like I’ve actually done something. I love it! Thanks

    I just recently bought resistance bands - I've had several pairs over the years but I don't know where they went lol. So I'm happy to find this great workout. I did another one yesterday by another channel and I didn't even know I had done a workout afterward. This one is perfect for me getting back into working out.     I really enjoy doing this every day. I like it a lot better than running on my treadmill. My husband always said resistant training or weights is needed to lose fat and he was right. I've been doing this every day for a few weeks now and especially my tummy is shrinking!

    Thank you for a great work out! I am a 60 yr old Grammie, trying to get back into shape. My daughter gave me a resistance band for my birthday this year. I've lost 20 lbs since January by eating right and working out 30 min for five days a week. Switching it up is key for me as well. This is an excellent workout to add to my routine!     This workout was awesome. Deceptively harder than it looks. I switched off between a long looser band and a tight shorter one. I've odne band workouts a lot and I didn't think this was going to be this tough. Loved it.

    Stuck at home during covid19 events, may have broken a band while doing this! (My husband is used to long slow heavy workouts instead of fast burn workouts and was surprised at how challenging it was. Thanks for letting me show him up.)

    Mainly typing this comment for myself, but I was only able to complete it to 15 min today. Gained 50 lbs I lost last year back and am getting back to that weight is my goal! Not ready to go back to the gym but this workout I’m excited to do and am feeling it. Going to come back tomorrow to do more.👏🏽

    I was going through physical therapy with power bands after a car accident a while back, but haven't been exercising since the therapy ended about a year ago. I made a New Year's resolution to get back in shape again, and after finding and trying this exercise routine, I was only able to get through about the first seven minutes. I'll do this routine for a while, get healthier, and hopefully be able to graduate to the 40-minute routine before too long. I've watched both videos, and they both look really good. Thanks for doing them.

    Wow, i'm an amputee and i've been trying to find a workout that i can do without weights and burn calories and fat, and this is just what i need.     Since our gyms are close I decided to buy a set of exercise rubber band. I check some training video and found yours to be the best for me.
    I am verry glad that I decided to do it when I did it two months ago.

    At age 72, I have been a gym attendee for the past 40+ years. However, it has been harder over the last few years to do what I have wanted. I recently discovered these videos and the resistance bands. In a word, excellent. I am a fan.

    This is one of those workouts that you may not feel the day of, but when you go to reach for a glass out of the cabinet the next morning... BOOM! There it is! AWESOME workout, I really appreciate that there is a moderate level to start out at and then modifications to make it harder as you repeat it. I do this work out twice a week to work my arms, legs, and abs.

    Thank you so much for this exercise band workout. I am 70 years old and have always walked for exercise but this year I have plantar fasciitis and am unable to walk. This workout has been a life saver for me. I have been doing it all winter and feel so much better for it!

    I love this channel I like how they have easier workouts for us out of shape or heavier people.. Especially if you don't feel like working out to begin with nobody wants to hop all over and kill themselves then they don't stick to it I live these guys even some of the other beginner workouts..
