    Thank you for your videos! After giving birth, I wasn’t even able to do a sit up anymore, but after a week of consistently doing your workouts, I can do a sit up! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

    Two of the exercise I had to take a short 5 second break but I was able to just back on and finish the exercise.
    I feel very energized. I was diagnosed with fatty liver. I have to lose weight or I’ll lose my liver to liver cancer or liver failure. I was given food I need to limit, and told to exercise 30-60 minutes 5 days a week.
    I had been losing weight in the month leading up to the diagnosis. I was devastated. But now I’m motivated. I’m not gonna give up

      If you are new to Pilates I recommend starting with one of my free challenges. They are great to learn the basics of pilates and get the most out of this channel. I recommend starting one level below your normal workout level. Then progress your way up.
