Long-time Cecchine student and certified catch trainer Brian Klaus demonstrates catch wrestling's double wristlock throw. Unlike certain other double wristlock throws (which rely on a compliant or unskilled opponent, and so are popular in pro wrestling), the catch wrestling version begins with PROPER application of the double wristlock. Note, too, that Brian changes levels (to avoid being thrown), gets the proper angle, and finishes the throw in position to apply the hook (in this case, attacking the shoulder).
