I did a challenging lower body and abs strength workout before doing this tonight-- I learned to not follow extra challenging strength with cardio! 😂 Whew! 🥵🔥
While completing your workout my legs felt like I had cement shoes on. 😩
The strength instructor did say the strength alone would be enough, but I didn’t listen. Still, happy I was able to get it all done! Challenge is good. 💪🏾 TY! ❤
LOL I get that way myself. For me strength alone does do it for me, so i got to get my cardio in. yesterday i tape 3 workouts, Kettlebell, Dance and Seated Cardio Jam and I felt fine.

I was able to complete this video. Just wondering how many steps. I dont have watch couter yet
I do not use a counter. The beats per minute are 160 so times that by 20 and that will give you a estimate of 3000 Steps.
