Great Saturday workout! ❤️ I remain active throughout the weekends (walking, swimming, hiking the nature trails mainly), but only do scheduled workouts during the week, M-F. However, I’ve switched it up a bit, so I am adding a scheduled light cardio workout to some Saturdays. This one was perfect! TY! ❤
I have been walking out side on the river trails in the mornings around 6AM. I have started a reset for my body today. 3 - 5 days water fast. I would do it longer but I got to go to Philly to teach a live class next week. But when I return I think I am going to do an extended one.
