- When your ex reaches out to you after your breakup, you need to do 3 things. But these things MUST be done BEFORE your ex even reaches out to you. This won't be what to say or what to do, or certain texts to send. That's all surface level bs. You won't get that in this video or anywhere on this channel. If you're looking for advice that just skims the surface, but doesn't get to the ROOT of the matter, I suggest you don't watch this video or ANY vids on my channel. I'm clearly not for you. @@theblackbookbasics Thank you - I will, we had a strong bond, was together for 9 years, and I know the mistakes I made, and working on them for myself, she saw what could be improved, she was the best feedback to improving myself, staying strong and improving for me and for respect for her as she knew I can be a better person, also respecting her decision and giving her the time and space she requested and requires.
Your demeanor is so put together and calming. I’m six weeks and it from a shocking breakup and still feel totally off. Like I’ve lost all my confidence and what made me myself. This really helps. I’m not alone.

She watches ALL my stories, we broke up back in February. We were together for 3 years and dated for 2. Was intimate for about 2 straight weekends in March. Through that time we were only able to go no contact for about 2 weeks. Initiated no contact recently, haven’t spoke since April 8. She hit me with the damn cliche “I need to work on myself” “I need to figure myself out” back when we she broke up with me back in February. You know the classic Bs. Other than that the relationship was pretty solid, non toxic, traveled together and have plenty of memories together. For about 3-4 months out of the year we do long distance due to me playing football at school. Guess ima just stay the course of NC n see what happens.
Do absolutely nothing if she initiated the breakup. NC works damn near every time, if you treated her well. Take it from me, I've been on/off/on/off/on/off for over two years. I finally went NC with her when she would throw her tantrums. In the past she saw me begging/pleading with her. I haven't done that now, and I'm seeing a different tune now. Stick with it buddy!

Will do, just staying patient, I think she’s in the relief stage right now, making it seem like she’s super happy on social media as if I ever did something bad to her 😂. We didn’t even have a horrible breakup. I didn’t beg or plead, but I definitely did try to reason for a bit. Also, I don’t view her stories back, I let her do all that. But yeah NC it is👌🏾
@@DTB124 Just advice, from my end, it isn't the 40 yard dash. This is something that can take upwards of 45-60 days. I assure you, you will most likely hear from here by the 45 day mark.
Similar situation bruh. Wedding was scheduled for August. She lost interest and started becoming distant. On Friday, she decided she couldn’t continue. I never begged or pleaded. My response to her was ‘if that’s your decision I respect it’. Two nights ago, I got a missed call from her. I waited a few hours and responded to her via text saying ‘sorry I missed your call. Hope everything is ok’. She responded saying ‘yeah, it’s fine. No worries’. I have resumed my no contact journey. She has been watching my posts and to be honest, I couldn’t care less if she reaches out. I am on my grind with my book publishing. Plus, I have resumed dating. Next week, I will be going to France on holiday. She can eat my dust. Her spirit has left me!

My Ex broke up with me on 9.April only about 2 weeks at this time he don’t even was more than 2 Days in NC with me…. He always reacted out and ask because of the kids because we have kids …. That’s why I can’t just ignore him. But I try to minimize my answer and focus more on me. But it’s not easy I don’t know what’s his problem…. He was the one who broke up with me but now he can’t just stay away from me…. For me I am not ready for him to reach out all the time because I am still hurted and I am not ready with my transformation 💪🏾 I accepted the challenge and now I am into beast mode 😂 to be honest I love him but I don’t know if I want him back. I am so hurted. For now I am ok if he just let me have my peace. ❤❤🎉 #selfrespectactivated

Sounds like you're missing the opportunity. I recommend coaching.
Reply with 'Hi and thank you for checking up. Hope you are well ☺️'. At some point, if she continues sending you the same repetitive message, ignore her. She's just stringing you along as a safety net.
Can you please roughly tell me after how many months of no contact should you stop hoping and waiting for your ex to reach out?

@@LuckyBoy-tp9me there is no set timeframe for no contact. It could take weeks, months or even years. Stop counting the days. Have the mindset that she/he is not coming back and focus on you.
Hey coach, Question, what if she calls me or texts me in 2 to 4 weeks after no contact? Should I reply back or pick up her call, if yes what will be the best response
I can't answer that--because I have no idea about why your breakup happened, what occurred in between and what your goals are. I can tell you exactly WHAT to say, how to say it, and what to do going forward, but because I don't know your situation, it won't properly help you. I suggest coaching.
The question is, who did the dumping and why? If she initiated the break-up, I would respond to her text, but not immediately. Your text message should be short and non aggressive. Also, avoid back and forth texts.
If she calls, don't pick up. After 45 minutes. Text her and say 'Sorry I missed your call. I was fast asleep. Is everything ok??'. Pending on her response, reply with 'oh right'.
What happens when your ex “accidentally” calls you one day before it would of been 30 days NC lol
Just laugh, your silence is affecting them. Mine went in and changed the quick reaction in messenger, like four steps to do this, claims it happened randomly in her bag...yeah right, try harder. 😊

There is no typically or averages when it comes with this.
