I did NC for me. It's been 13 months, i know she misses me, and she regrets it. But that's her choice. She's done the odd behavior/angry texts/lashing out. Ive been dead quiet and just growing and becoming better. Ive had other people attract my eye, but tbh...therapy and just owning me fixed alot of things in me. Im legit proud that i didn't chase her. In addition to the others after her. Yes, NC works but it's a long game and not a quick match....in some cases it takes over a year and the other people crashes and burns so badly, but they need to.... Just focus and build you.
I got my exes back in the past , nobody told Me what to do I broke all the rules I kept up contact , I asked them to reconsider I chased one I put doubt in their mind I guess without realising it I let them know how important they were to Me Only this last guy left Me again after I got Him back
my ex one year broke up last month, i went into no contact, 30 days later she text me, i left unread, she apolozed way ended her last text was mean, wish best in life and i hope i find love my life.. is this a test\? she i respond or leave unrend until she texts something better and takes more aciutabilty why relationship broke on he r part?
If you really want to give it another chance, I say respond but be very cautious and don't allow her to get the whole relationship back right away...make her earn you back like when you first started dating.

No contact is not about getting your ex back. Like ‘book’ said, it’s about focusing on yourself. If he’s not reaching out, get on with your life. I am currently going through it. I got dumped 4 days ago and Our wedding was scheduled for August. Even if he reaches out, I won’t accept him. I am focusing on publishing my book.

This is a odd video. It comes at a time in which I just experienced this. I felt like I was getting breadcrumbs and made a decision to go full no contact. It lasted almost a month before a text. Then, breadcrumbs again went back no contact. This time 18 days. I get a call this time. I’m hit with I have missed you so much. I love you and I always will. A few texts for a few days and then nothing. What do I do now?

Your focus should not be on whether they come back or not.

You need to worry about resolving that toxicity and nothing else.
