Coach T....I've gone through two rounds of NC with my ex after numerous times of breakup/makeup...These past few times I finally said I wasn't going to be the one to come back begging. I listened to advice from people such as yourself. People need to know that it will take at earliest about 45-60 days before they should expect their ex to reach out.
People also need to know that you have to REALLY and i mean REALLY stay in No Contact. Your ex needs to feel the anxiety that they could lose you for good even if they wanted you back.

Although the red flag ðĐ here is now that I know how much Iâm worth knowing that this was carried out mentally from months on end and to have another man inn her life along with mine I see the mind set your asking us to obtain ! I know who I am and what I am worth and what I bring to the table but I also know now that red flag I will not allow into my new version of my self thatâs something they cannot work on nor take back and thank you for being strait forward and collective on this plat form ! The question you should be asking is âwhat can I accomplish for my self during this periodâ what goals do you have ? What have you been neglecting while being in a relationship? How can you show up for your self. You need to focus your energy on you and not what she is doing. That is no longer your concern.

If my issue was that I didnt make enough time for her, should I visit her now and then during no contact? I mean, she wanted to see me, but it was too expensive because we live semi long distant from each other, and I wasnt getting any help my uni studies financially, so I put her to the side. If I go to see her and show some charisma while I'm there, without the expectation of a relationship happening right away, will that be ok?
