- These crispy rye breads consist of a third of a variety of seeds and nuts, and therefore this is a very cool snack - hearty, "long-playing". Agree, much better than some shortbread cookies! You can cook them both from rye flour, and on the remnants of sourdough, if you lead it. The recipe is simple, and at home it is convenient to prepare such loaves at once in large quantities, and store in a tightly closed container. Take it with you to work, for walks, let the children take it with you, and you can also eat them instead of bread.

2 tsp salt with a slide
800 g seeds/nuts
🍴Option on the leftovers of the sourdough 100%
1.6 kg leftover rye sourdough 100%
200 g whole grain rye flour
150 g vegetable oil
150 g honey/sugar/dried fruits
2 tsp salt with a slide
800 g seeds/nuts
+/- additional nuts, seeds, spices, coarse salt + egg white or starch jelly for finishing on top
