    Congrats 💐💐.
    Sharing my journey:
    Phase 1: I had a weight loss of 7 kgs last year in 6 months. Maintained the same for next 6 months.
    Phase 2: This year I started journey from March and lost 5 kgs in 3.5/4 months. Maintaining my weight now.
    In phase 1, I cut white sugar. I also cut junk food. I increased walking to 30 mins daily. This was the main reason for phase 1 weight loss.
    In phase 2 weight loss this year, I substituted white rice with Chappathi + dal. Instead of plain Chappathi, I had the Chappathi dough mixed with beet root/ carrot/ radish. I used honey in milk/coffee. For snacks, I had nuts Or Pori verkadalai. This ensured I had around 1100 calories per day ( 500 calorie deficit per day). I did 1000 skipping/on the spot jumping per day ( 6 sets of 150 each). This helped me lose 5 kg.

Avoid white sugar n Bakery items. Eat badam, pumpkin seeds, flax seeds too break the fast. Eat protien rich foods in eating time.

    2 hours of brisk walking, stair climbing for 1/2 an hour is the best if you are a foodie and can't compromise on your intake. I think this is healthy way because you are eating well as well excercising your whole body...if you could just avoid binging between meals and just stick to 3 times a day of traditional food and walk and stair climb you will be in best of your shape very soon...

      Surely drink more than 3 liters of water,before & after food don't drink water for 40 mins.....finish ur light dinner before 2.5 hours of ur bed time...
      Morning rolled oats,mainly 5 to 6 soaked almonds,figs,pumpkin seeds,and more fruits....
      If u like to take non veg pls have it only in lunch ....chicken gravy,fish gravy or eggs....
      Surely don't hav this in dinner....
      Initially just target ur breakfast & dinner..have more veggies in lunch ...
      Avoid rice( atleast 3 days)& hav millets...
      Reduced 48kgs....
      Sis going to start an health channel...my target is..just to bring awareness on health & how to easily reduce weight.....every body can do this its not any magic...its just some basic changes we should do....
      Mainly spend at least 30 to 40 mins in sun....

    oh dnt fix any target ,if at all u did not achve ,then u will go into stress which is much more dangerous .just avoid outside foods, junk, workout atleast thrice and if possble try intermtnt fastng

      I too lost 15 kg weight just by following intermittent fasting. I did not follow palio/keto diet nor vegan . I ate what all indians eat. I recommend everyone to try it.

    I forgot to mention I wake up early . Drink a glass of warm water after 45 mins had tea. No junk foods I made sure I drank 12 to 14 glass of water. Once a month I made sure I had boiled and cooked barley water . Along with this 10 thousand steps yoga at home in the evening last meal of the day was at 7.pm
