    Work out is good for better quality of life in general. The easiest way to reduce baby fat after pregnancy is to breastfeed the baby exclusively for atleast 6 months and inclusively with solid food for atleast 1 year. Breastfeeding also reduces the size of uterus with the contractions similar to labour contractions. Without exclusive breastfeeding, it takes lot of effort to get rid of the baby fat but with targeted and regular work out as in the video, it is possible to get back in shape.

    After c section, I'm back to my original weight within 5 month's, I'm not doing any exercise, or diet.. I did only, taking care of my baby on my own, starting from washing our clothes, sweeping and everything from the day 7 of my baby..

      First start walking little
      Second month I did light simple exercises in month starting ..its continue till 4 mnt.then I asked my doctor. She telled to you can start after 2 mnth later.I saw this aliya exercise at 5 mnth. but one important thing sister don't do all which one you can acceptable and no any pain in your stitch area when careful do exercises.i did few step from these. 2 month later I got a superb result sis.

    I was 55 before pragnancy. Now I'm 59 after delivery. Normal delivery only. But had some bone issues in delivery. Doctor adviced me to take rest for 9 to 10months.. Due to that i didn't do exercise. Now it's 11th month. belly is looking like 6 month prg😥.So started to do exercise from last week.. Let's see result..🤔
