Correct sistr, but u can plan and manage time for routine workouts. I am a mom of 1 yr baby. I sleep 6 or 7 hrs at nyt sometimes 1 hr at noon. Bt I have my workout schedule. Just try for a week soatr. Then u ll surely set for that time management. Also get confidence.

Your obviously correct Madam , i am mother for two kids 3 yr old boy and 1 yr old daughter.. both delivery are c section , no one bother about our health... before marriage i was perfectly lean and looking beautiful but now i am 88 kg .. my body shape is not perfect but all are advising to lose weight even my husband but i cant i am doing all the work in my house but still same. She is not talking about 1 month old baby. She is talking about her 6+ month old baby, which is totally agreeable. I don't think she is lying. I know when she delivered, my baby was 6 months and that's when I started working out. I can clearly see by the time I reached my milestone (as per my plan) she was almost there losing all that she had gained. 3 hour workout per day is too much for me, may not be for her. I was not in hurry. She was. Her life relies on her being fit for her career. My career was not dependant on me reducing, so I took my pace. Her entire career is based on this. If she loses 1 or 2 offers as heroine, then she will get only side roles and almost her career as heroine would have been a big question mark. Coming to the diet, she did what she was comfortable with. This is just a template. Most of the days she would have done, definitely the dedication matters. I can totally relate to her. Please don't judge anyone based on what one can do and can't. That's my humble request.

@@dhyanasharon9233 It depends on the baby right. Some babies can go long hours during night without being fed. They take all the nutrients during the day time. My baby was like that. She started sleeping through the night from 10 months. Many babies get to that phase by 4-6 months. Only we mothers fear that they will go hungry and wake the kid up and feed, which is not recommended in general. And babies get used to that comfort and they wake up for feeds later by themselves as a habiy. We fail to notice the pattern and assume babies wake up because of hunger, in reality they wake up because they are used to that habit. Babies need undisturbed sleep for better brain development.

Oru oru baby um vera. Her kid may sleep through the night, I know this because my kid also sleeps through the night right from her 10th month. Sila babies 4-5 months laye will sleep through the night.

@@vidyasarathi15 Everyone have a different body type. Even with breastfeeding, it is possible. What made you think she is lying? Why can't one be away from kid for 3 hours? She is not talking about 1 month old baby. She is talking about her 6+ month old baby, which is totally agreeable. I don't think she is lying. I know when she delivered, my baby was 6 months and that's when I started working out. I can clearly see by the time I reached my milestone (as per my plan) she was almost there losing all that she had gained. 3 hour workout per day is too much for me, may not be for her. I was not in hurry. She was. Her life relies on her being fit for her career. My career was not dependant on me reducing, so I took my pace. Her entire career is based on this. If she loses 1 or 2 offers as heroine, then she will get only side roles and almost her career as heroine would have been a big question mark. Coming to the diet, she did what she was comfortable with. This is just a template. Most of the days she would have done, definitely the dedication matters. I can totally relate to her. Please don't judge anyone based on what one can do and can't. That's my humble request.
Shouldn't she wake up inbetween to feed her baby?? Either it be breast feeding or formula milk.. but she must wake up atleast after 5 to 6 hours to feed her baby..
@@dhyanasharon9233 It depends on the baby right. Some babies can go long hours during night without being fed. They take all the nutrients during the day time. My baby was like that. She started sleeping through the night from 10 months. Many babies get to that phase by 4-6 months. Only we mothers fear that they will go hungry and wake the kid up and feed, which is not recommended in general. And babies get used to that comfort and they wake up for feeds later by themselves as a habiy. We fail to notice the pattern and assume babies wake up because of hunger, in reality they wake up because they are used to that habit. Babies need undisturbed sleep for better brain development.

I could see many ppl saying that their household work is enough to occupy them. Actually namma oorla irukaradhu kuduthu vetchurukanum. Women in US have no help but still they don’t complain and get themself worked out. My aunt is a CEO of a company but still she does all the household work and maintain the company and spend in workouts.
