Been having A LOT of trouble with my OCD to the point I had to take off of work too and can relate to the outdoor and social experiences. I went to a baseball game last night and the loud noises, music, crowd cheering, and cluster of fans terrified me. I was ready to run out of the stadium but slowly inched my way towards my seat and managed to stay for the whole game. Don’t feel ready to go back to work or anything but it definitely made me realize I have more strength than I thought
Amazing how the stories of how people fall into the cycle are so similar. I cant say every day is getting better for me but every week is for sure............I hear you Shaan saying "keep going" :)
Oh how I wish I could get mentored . My palpitations, vision and derealization/depersonalization are the Exact same symptoms that are worse for me . 😢 I feel so lost . It’s gotten worse and I just don’t know what to do . So happy for other people recovering.
These body zaps are hell.... can't sleep at night because of them plus my new symptom is high temperature with this COVID-19 around it's really hard to accept this symptom but still i know i will get through this..... I'm really looking forward to see how strong and confident i will be after recovering...
How long did it take for her to recover ? Longer than others ? I've just overcame my 1st setback.. over new symptoms having health anxiety.. I'm not sure if I'm responding well. Is it good for someone who wants to recover to move away from a stressful enviroment and move to a safe place ? I had to move from my home to another apartment because of vilence .. that vilence just made me stressful and panic more and heightened my anixety..
