  • I wanted to share my interview with Christian, who joined the program over 2 years ago and show you his anxiety recovery progress.
Christian brings a lot of insight to the anxiety recovery journey. I had him share what his recovery journey experience was like. No filters, just his honest story.
I hope this inspires you that recovery is possible and that this channel is one step in the right direction toward your healing.

I've always appreciated these videos from you! It feels good hearing someone's story that experiences things so similar to me. I'm a couple months in, it's definitely a ride, but you've helped a lot, I recently had a setback after going without major anxiety symptoms for a couple weeks. Then of course a crash happened (setback), which I was aware was possible. Still going strong, still confident I will get through this! and to anyone reading this, you're incredibly strong, the fact you are here right now and making that change and being consistant is very beautiful.

I'm really struggling with physical symptoms including gerd, extreme pain on my left side body, toothache, earache and intrusive thoughts and insomnia. Hey Shaaan! As someone who has made huge steps in recovery but still wants to continue to progress:
How do you feel now on a day to day basis? Like how happy are you daily? When issues come up in your life now, how do you approach things? I think I’m mainly just curious about what it’s like to mentally be where you are at your point of recovery. What’s the emotional state most of the time?
