FINALLY! An arms + abs workout that is short and doable, and still effective. I think I'll attempt the entire program. I have two babies at home, and this looks like what I need to get back in shape without spending hours doing it. Thanks!

Doing the same workout every day does nothing for your body and neither does a diet. A lifestyle change is important in diet and switching up your exercise routine.
I have to admit after the cardio crush and dynamic strength this was a nightmare. I used 8 & 10lbs holy lord. They aren't breathless because they have 3s. If you go heavy just realize you may go ever so slightly slower or at least not double speed on certain exercises but it is much better burn.

Not much, because my weights were not that heavy (I currently have 1kg), but I definitely saw improvement and toning! I'll probably come back to this workout with heavier weights! Definitely worth a try though. :)

Can anyone recommend any videos/workouts to do as an alternative to the plank section? I can't do any of those plank movements at all, so anything to get me stronger until I can would be good :/
My AutoCorrect is terrible sorry! What I said was get a padded mat if you are doing this work out on tile, because the wrists will hurt during the extended planks.
Great workout if you're doing tile I recommend you get a padded mat because it will kill your hands in his place. Also the instructor failed to correct the overextended wrists of all of them including herself. So watch form of the wrists, always stay straight when you're lifting no matter how small the weight. And by the way they're moving very fast I'm doing 10 pounds movie at the slower speed that they show in the beginning.

My collar bone really hurts when I do planks, especially the ones where you support on just one arm. Is there an easier version of this?
maybe try planking with your knees(not your calves just knees) on the ground but keep your body in a straight line

I saw some muscle definition in my arms in legs but I was on a diet as well so I lost about 10 pounds. I think this 30 day program is worth it.

I usually do a normal plank. With the rest i use the bed as a support for my hands.
