Hello Anna! Thank you for reaching out to us :-) The dumbbells used in this workout are the 3 pound ones which is a typical weight if you're just starting out. Don't be afraid to pick up heavier weights if those are too easy for you!
Has anybody done all 30 days and do you feel a difference? I really want to do this, but i'm debating if i'm going to do more then just one video a day or not. Please tell me what your experiences are!
madamebosbes You'll definitely notice a difference even if you follow the program (and only do one video a day to start). I've done it a couple times and I like to do 20 or 30 minutes on the treadmill after.
