I recently travelled to Australia and am now in quarantine for 14 days, before I can go to my daughters. I found your abs videos and can I say they motivated me to workout. I haven’t done a workout like this for a while due to injury’s through sport. They have definitely kept me going Denise sooo thank you so much. I will continue using them and encourage my daughter to have a go too. Ps only three more days left. Xx
Not good for me but I tried. I have Fibromyalgia among other physical challenges. I know what I'm doing because my career was in Physical Therapy. I decided to try this even though anyone that knows about Fibromyalgia can understand when I say this workout was not for me. Not only some of the weight exercises bother my back and spine (I dropped my weight eventually) I lost my balance ALOT and a little dizzy. All in all, I pushed through, because that is who I am and I finished maybe not with flying colors but I persevered and finished because I have been conditioning my body over the last 6 yrs and I know what I can and cannot do and from time to time, challenge myself on something like this that I figured I could not complete like a "normal" person in good physical condition. I won't give this a thumbs up or down and would rather the option for the middle. Thank you Denise ♥. I will stick to the videos that I know I can do hereout that are more low impact and age appropriate for me.
This work out really works for me.. in just 1 month my tummy became slim and I lose weight from 63kg to 58kg but ofcourse with the proper diet also.. Try it guys! Watch also her cardio work out and this together absolutely effective!! Thank you ☺
I am eating only eggs in morning and green tea and luch only chicken and fish no rice and evening fruits and oats or sometimes I dont have dinner just green tea and apple.. And this exercise you will see its really effevtive! ☺

Great Exercises!,I prefer these than floor exercises for ab..I combine also walking and aerobic workout..I have to loose 12 kilos,belly,thighs...does un aerobic lesson(40 min) replace a 15 min ab exercices..?I cannot do all every day..I like also the kickboxing...
Maureen97233 as a personal trainor let me anwser you: more exercises. Even if you have a six pack it will never show if you have a layer of fat over it. You need cardio weight training (to boost your metabolism) and you need to eat clean. Sad but true.

This is pure s*** I use to train, I did this once a few days ago... result: lower back and neck injury!! DON'T DO IT!!! exercises are too fast, and with great potential of injury. I did other things on TH-cam and they're well thought: not this one!!!
You can count on Denise to have a super variety of exercises...you never get bored and they are all super effective 🙌🏾

nickie2011 I am a personal trainor so I can tell you there is absolutelu nothing wrong with this workout. You must have did it with poor form.
