    I started these exercises in 2021 and lost 18lb and became so fit. In 2022 I did them occasionally as life was so busy, but I didnt feel as fit and well as I should. Lesson learnt! I am back this year doing thse exercises again and starting to feel my old self again. So thank you again Lucy, these exerciss are so good and easy and so worthwhile 💜 Yiou can still keep on learning about life, I do, and i'm 76!

    I want to leave my direct experience as well. I am 47 years old, I’m struggling with overweight since I was teenager and Lucy exercise have literally changed everything for me!
    I followed the 7 days challenge, super disciplined for 7 days, just these 7 minutes…results are stunning 🤩
    In addition I had severe knees paid 5 months ago that never recovered completely, even after 2 months of physiotherapy: with Lucy exercise, so gentle but powerful, I gave completely recovered and I am not going upstairs and downstairs like I never had that injury
    It takes trust, positive energy and people like Lucy, sharing very valuable information and example 🙏🏻🙏🏻❤❤

    Results : I completed my 7 days of this workout. I lost 1 inch from thighs,1.5 inches from waist. Overall body I feel more toned from where I had started. Thank you Lucy for this amazing workout ❤️

    I just finished my 7 days and I've lost about 1.5 pounds and my clothes are looser all over! Lucy is the BEST when it comes to getting fast results!!!

    This really works. Did it for 2 weeks straight last year. My clothes were fitting so much better…then I got busy…fell back into my old habits and put on the inches again! Consistency is key, with any exercise programme really. ❤

    During covid as a 16 year old, I was 242 pounds and thanks to her workouts they brought me down to 190 pounds. But now I have gained that weight back after not being consistent. I am going to start again.

    I was about to comment and realized I made a comment already 4 years ago. This workout in particular, is one of my favourites. Whenever I feel like I’m slipping or getting out of shape again, or gaining belly fat, I do it again for 7 days and right away, brings me back in shape. I love it! I have a list of your workouts that I pull out whenever I’m feeling I need the extra help, and they work right away. Lucy, I’m such a fan of your channel. Thank you for making things simple! I can’t believe I’ve been at it for 4 years already!

    So I've done this workout for 9 days and I've lost 2 inches off my midsection. I've been doing one hour cardio with weight training, but didn't see major results until starting your workouts. I feel these 7 minutes have been more effective than the hour cardio! So glad I found you. Thanks for sharing your gifts with us!

    So I start my fitness journey with this workout on 4/5/24 and did the workout for 6 days, had fantastic results, lost 4.5 inches and 4.5lbs 🤩 I have since challenged myself to doing 2 of Lucy’s 7 minute workouts 6 days a week and as of today 5/7/24 have lost 15.2lbs and many inches, love her routines and the results and will continue on my journey to losing 70lbs, I have also made changes to my diet by going low carb/low sugar 😊 thank you Lucy

      @@Fatema20221low carb low sugar are the key words. If you eat high protein higher fat, you fill,up, but it’s a lot to do.

    I did this workout for 5 days before injuring my knee and having to stop. I then switched to Lucy's seated workouts. I still lost 1/2 inch off my waist, 1 inch off my hips, 1/2 inch from my arms, and 1/2 inch from my thighs. I love these workouts! I'll be back to doing this one again once my knee is better. In the meantime, the seated workouts are so fun!

    Update: Week 1 lost an inch in my waist.
    Day 1: (01/07) done
    Day 2: (02/07) done
    Day 3: (03/07) done
    Day 4: (04/07) Couldn't do it today 😭
    Day 5: (05/07) done
    Day 6: (06/07) done
    Day 7: (07/07) done
    I have lost 1 inch. Started with 39 waist and now it's 38. Thank You Lucy. Originally I was 40 but did your other 7 days challenge and lost an inch. Now tried this one.
    Although I did not see any changes in my hips or thighs I will continue this workout for another week as I am feeling better each day after doing this one.
    I am eating home cooked meals. Did not change my diet at all.
    Go for it guys. It really works.

    I have been following Lucy's exercises since about Mid-April 2023. I feel so much healthier, fitter and happier. I’m 62 now and can run up and down the stairs practically pain free. I've dropped at least 2 dress sizes (not in 7 days) but noticeable differences in that time frame. I can wear some favourite old clothes that I haven’t been able to wear for more than 20 years! (Yes, I've hoarded them for that long). I only exercise tops 7-20 mins a day. The results have been so mind blowing, I actually stopped exercising for about a month and a half, because few of my clothes fit me and I wasn’t expecting such amazing results. I was in shock and possibly started self sabotaging. I simply couldn’t believe I was capable of getting into UK size 12 clothes again! I'd been size 14 for years, then crept up to size 16, then 18 and I realised I needed to get myself in check as I was heading towards a size 20.
    Lucy is truly a national treasure and she should be made a Dame. She has saved my life, because the exercises have improved my mental health as much if not more than my physical wellbeing. Thank you, a thousand million times. ⭐️🙏🏼⭐️

    GUYSS I AM ON DAY 6 AND I HAVE LOST 3 INCHES FROM MY WASIT AND 2 INCHES FROM MY BELLY!!!!!!! I’m Gnna do this for another week then use her other workouts. THANK YOU LUCY!!!!!!!! I used to use your videos all the time like 4 years ago but then I totally stopped and gained weight again. I haven’t lost any weight this week but I feel so much more toned. ♥️♥️♥️♥️

    I’ve been doing this for 3 weeks and I now have a waist...I love the ease of the exercises and the stunning results. It really does work. Every morning at 6.30 AM i complete this workout.

      Last time I did 2 weeks straight and around waist I lost 3 inch now I have started doing it again am on day 4 lost 1 inch already I do 4 to 5 sets of 7 minutes workout in the day 2 in morning and 3 before bedtime please do try just try for 2 week challenge you will see results 👍good luck everyone

    I came across your channel 2 weeks ago and I love it. Started exercising regularly about 2 yrs ago and lost a decent amount of weight (can't say how much as I don't own scales, but I know by what clothes fit me). Unfortunately I fell back into bad habits, eating rubbish foods etc and was horrified a couple of months ago when I could barely fasten a pair of trousers that fitted no problem this time last year. Sometimes it takes something like that to wake you up. Although I immediately began eating better I just couldn't find the motivation to get back into regular exercise, although I'd never completely stopped (slacking off and eating badly was enough to reverse all the good I'd done), I think I was just repeating the same exercises too much. I really enjoy your workouts, and definitely feel a difference in the 2 weeks I've been doing them. What I especially love is the fact that there's no pictures of "6 pack abs" or bums etc 😂 not saying there's anything wrong with that, I'm happy getting healthy and of course I want to lose a couple of inches off my waist - but I don't expect to look like someone off of baywatch. Your workouts are easily done, fun - never a chore! Thank you ❤

    I've been doing this workout for nearly two weeks now. I used to wear a medium size when it came to tights. With the lockdowns I've put on weight and haven't been able to lose it until a concerted effort recently and I've had to wear XL tights. I tried on a pair of L tights today and they fit perfectly! The didn't a couple of weeks ago. These seven minute videos are perfect. When I have time I do more and at the very least do one seven-minute video a day. Thank you so much.

    Thank you, Lucy! This workout works! I did it for 7 days and lost 1.5 inches from the highest part of my waist, 1 inch from my waist around my belly button, .5 inch from my hips and 1 inch from around my bust line. In just 7 days I have a slimmer looking body. This video was the only exercise I did and I did not change the way I eat (though I eat healthy but never starve myself) and I even went to Red Lobster one day and had the 3 course meal! I'm now on to another 7 day challenge. Thanks again!

      It's not a 7 day job you should try this regularly at least for one month then you will loose inches .

      @@clarissaduffield5578 I didn’t go on a diet, but I did cut out any unhealthy food like chocolate or chips. I still ate as much as I usually do, just replaced the unhealthy snacks with healthy ones. I also recommend that you do a 20 minute walk for more results. I didn’t do a walk at the time that I did this workout, but I’ve started doing that with other workouts and it’s really sped up my results.

    ●Did this everyday.
    ●Cut the pastries,chips and rice
    After 8 days, I was surprised. Literally drop a dress size. I can now wear that dress. Thanks Lucy.

    Well did this for 7 days. Didn’t drop a dress size but lost an inch of my waist and an inch of my hips so I’m going to keep it up. Also I’m 57 next month and I find this fun, not too hard and doesn’t get boring. I don’t find it a problem motivating myself to do it 😊

      Me too!! I love Lucy’s workouts, because they haves me so much after 3 surgeries in 5 months!! I started out with the easier versions nd now I can do the more difficult ones! Yay 😁 I’ll be 66 in few weeks!

    Results only this workout 1/day for 7 days.
    213.0 lbs to 209.8 in 7 days.
    Pants fit better.
    Day 1 this morning. Thus evening I feel it in my glutes!!
    I’m 49, and have weight issues, so I have to watch what I eat.
    Day 2- AM, was mindful to hold my core today. Afternoon…I can barely sit down! Glutes & quads, Very sore!! It’s great! I CANNOT believe 7 minutes made me this sore!
    Day3-7 completed.
    Day 6 put on pants that zip on the side I normally struggle with, but not on this day!
    Day 7: lost 3.5 lbs. I didn’t measure but will next workout.
    This was good. First time I’ve been been consistent with exercise in over a year. I’ve been working out since I hit puberty.
    I haaaaaaate working out. I was a gym rat, have hundreds of $$$$ in home workout dvds, etc.
    I CAN do 7 min a day!!!

    I have been doing this working since she released it. Also been doing her 7 min belly fat workout and a kickboxing working that is around 10 mins. It’s been 8 weeks total (this workout was only added recently) but so I’ve lost 29 pounds. 👍😄 Thank you Lucy! I would love to see a 7 min kickboxing HITT workout from you

    After not doing any exercise for a year, I started this routine (April 2021), feeling energised. No weight loss, my body is stubborn that way. But clothes fit better ,sleep quality has improved. Going to continue.
    2 weeks completed, weight loss is very slow, clothes that were tight are now comfortable, I'm feeling energised and motivated.

      That definitely sounds like weight loss. Dont mind the scale its not a good measure. Try measuring yourself. And the fact clothes fit better is a sure enough sign of inches lost!

    I lost 2 and a half inches in 2 weeks, did this workout for the second week and tummy workout for the first week combined with Lucy's 4 minute HIIT workout. I couldn't be more thankful. Have started with the back fat 7 day challenge now. Hope to reach my goal soon. If you are doing this right and consistently, you will definitely see a change. I will keep updating my progress here.     Woohoo. Thank you, Lucy. Just completed day 7 and I have lost 1.7 kilos, 1 cm around my hips and 2cm around my waist. It also helped to put a chart on the fridge to mark off every day - as you suggested. I wrote 'YES' and 'WELL DONE' on there each day to celebrate and keep me motivated. And I noted how each day went and how I felt. Thank you for you.

    Hi Lucy! I just had to take the time to thank you. I was so depressed because of the weight gain from baby #2....especially in my thighs and mid section. So many clothes in my closet with only a few of the same things to wear because nothing else fit. One day in May i cried to a friend of mine about my depression and lack of energy. Let's just say that was my last shed tear. That same day I stumbled across your channel and I've been hooked ever since. There have been times where I wasn't consistent in my workouts but I always got back on track. As of today I am 20lbs down and i am fitting into ALL of my clothes with ease. I still have work to do but is so worth it! My energy is up, I'm healthy, and happy. Again thank you for sharing your knowledge and keep up the great work!

    I simply love these videos. Me like the last person started using Lucy's tummy video last year and lost weigh and toned up, then I stopped doing. After putting on 5kg from Feb I am back on it and realise the importance of exercising. Her commentary with all videos are the best. They keep me motivated. Thank you for doing. I am now alternating between three to ensure I don't get bored.

    This morning was my 8th day of this routine. I definitely have not dropped a dress size. That said, this routine feels like a good workout while also being relatively easy to complete, which made it easier to stick to every day and can be done in a small space.
    So I would generally recommend it but not for dropping a dress size in a week.
    But hopefully if I stick to it I'll see results longer term 🙏

    Hi all, follow along on my 7 day journey! I'll give measurements on Days 1 & 7.
    Day 1: 69 (nice) calories burned. Under bust - waist - hips: 33.5 - 31.5 - 39 inches (Other workout: 20 minutes jump rope)
    Day 2: 57 calories burned. (Other workout: 1 other 7 minute video, might do yoga later)
    Day 3: 63 calories burned. (I skipped the breaks today and did the low impact versions because I'm not feeling 100% but still wanted to move my body! Yay!)
    Day 4: 47 calories burned (didn't do the cool down/stretch as I did that on my own)
    Day 5: 67 calories burned (I DID do the cool down/stretch today, + a few minutes of kickboxing so far -- that might be it!)
    Day 6: 49 calories burned (didn't do the cool down/stretch; other workouts: a couple of low impact standing workout videos because I'm feeling lazy AF and 30 minutes of yoga)
    Day 7: 77 calories burned (I did the cool down/stretch today, and did this as a finisher to my other HIIT/toning workout videos!). Final measurements below :)
    Starting measurements: 33.5 - 31.5 - 39 inches (Under bust - waist - hips)
    Final measurements: 33 - 31 - 38.75 inches !!! In summary, I worked out less this past week than I usually do and still lost half an inch off my bust and waist and a quarter inch off my hips (~problem area~, if you will), so I would def recommend this!!!!!

    I love your workouts Lucy. Thank you for thinking of simplicity. I discovered your workouts about 3 weeks ago. I was already trying different workouts to train at home after not having results, and being stuck in a plateau, these little workouts are truly giving me results. I have lost 5 pounds, and I'm certain I've lost inches on my waist. I haven't measured because I'm more focused on feeling healthy and energized, but even my husband has noticed, and my clothes are loose. What I like the most is the length of the work out. It makes me finally feel like I can accomplish a work out in my day, regardless of how much time I have. It is so simple! 7 min. you are done, energized, feeling healthier and it helps beat the mind barriers you may have. I feel there is no excuse, if I don't have 7 minutes to dedicate to myself... what kind of life am I living right? Great results! Thank you!

    Hey! If any of you are wondering - this works. Ive lost from 1-3 cm through out my whole body in one month. Additionally, ive cut out sugar, oil and im eating mostly meat and vegetables. Also drinking smoothies with protein powder and matcha.

    Just done day 7 and my only regret is I didn’t measure myself☹️ but I’m sure my shape has changed. Going to try another one next week. ❤️ I’m a single mum and have been looking for a quick effective workout to do at home around our busy life.     🌟I'm just into my third week of doing Lucy 7 day challenges along her walks and 5 minute leg workout. I have not weighed or measured but my clothes fit better I look more toned and hourglass. My body is definitely firmer! my legs definitely Slimmer! I even have some ABS appearing and a tighter waist! I have a way to go so I will continue on. I am feeling very confident thanks to these quick very effective workouts highly recommend them to everyone. I am 47 I have some health issues with thyroid and PCOS and this is helping but do follow a Clean Diet as Lucy says. I have not been perfect but I still see results. I have found my TRAINER for LIFE🙏🎉💃. My daughter is 20 yrs and loves you too. Bless you Lucy thank you so much. PS my husband has noticed a difference too😉 AND my bottom is so perky👙

    I am doing this during the quarrantine period. Trust me.. this works.. i did it last 7 days and i lost 1 inch on waist , hip and arm. Very happy with the results.. i will continue for a month and will update my results.. love it.. thanks Lucy..

      @@sparklydiamond i lost another 0.5 inches on my waist after week 2. Hip is still the same. However i have lost 3.5 lbs in 2 weeks. So i am very happy. I will continue this at least for 2 more weeks. Hope your measurements will make you happy tomorrow. Good luck.

    I challenge all you ladies to try this and keep us all updated with your success. I’ve tried some of Lucy’s workouts and they definitely work. I’m starting this today. Don’t just do it for a week. Do it every day. You won’t regret it.

    Today is day 1 as my waist has fluctuated between 29 to 32 inches and my hips 37 to 40 inches in the last year, I would like to get my waist down to 26 -27 inches and my hips to 36 to 37 inches.
    I have been intermittent fasting and find my body responds well to the 16:8 fast (facing for 16 hours with an 8-hour window) and I would occasionally go up to 20:4. I'll return in 7 days to update. Thank you for the upload.

      Unfortunately, I didn't get to weigh or measure myself yesterday morning. However, I did fit nicely into my size 10 (US6) jumpsuit and was complimented on how slim I looked in it. I have managed to weigh myself this morning and am 3 lbs lower than last week's 75.8kg. As I intend to do this for another week I hope to give a final update then.

      I weighed myself today and weighed in at 11 stone and 11 inches. My measurements are shoulders 44"; waist 31" and hips 39". I should add that I'm 5 foot 8 inches and 55 years old. I'll add another post by the end of January 2023.

    I'll be doing it for the rest of the month. It feels good and I've noticed incredible changes. And yes i losted half to an inch from my arms ,hips, thighs and calf. ❤️
    I can't thank lucy enough for such an incredible workout she planned for us.
    Finished the second week as well
    My flexibility has improved a lot and i feel much stronger.

    This DOES work! As long as you stick to it for 7 days it works! Sometimes I do 2 or 3 sets (so I do this 3 times a day) and I've lost almost 2 inches in 1 week! I've also been eating better too.

    My oh my, this dress workout is something else! I love it! DAY 1
    DAY 2: I'm a bit sore but I still completed it, and I feel wonderful!
    DAY3: Had to do it at night because I got behind because I was having issues with my computer, but I still got it done! And I'm not as sore as I was so I feel great!
    DAY 4: I love this workout, today I did it a little bit harder so I'm sweaty and I love it!!!
    DAY 5: I did it while listening to music and it was so fun! And I am so sweaty and I love it!!
    DAY:6 I did day 6 but I forgot to update.
    DAY 7: I have completed this workout challenge! I do not see any big changes but I'm not suppose just yet. But I do see little changes, my stomach does fill tighter and it does look much more fitted. But I have to keep doing her exercises if I want to see big BIG changed so I am going to be doing another two challenges starting tomorrow!

I have let myself go abit and especially during quarantine I've gotten a bit out of shape. Remembering this I came back and I can't wait to feel better!       @@derriemcfarline5479 omgg heyyy, I never did the workouts after this comment LOL🤣😭,but when I did this back in 2019, it really did work, back then I didn't see a huge diffrence but when I look back at pictures I can definitely see it. The thing is that I've been told and felt like I was the world's fattest person, so I would refuse to believe I had lost any weight. Then my clothes started fitting right and I stopped working out all together. So the workouts do work, I would do them twice since they're short and it started to become easy, and I would walk also. I didn't alter my diet much either. Keep it uppp!!!!! It's okay if you backtrack or lose progress, and dont let others make you feel horrundus about your weight lol, I wish I had heard this back then, but anyway, try your best and you'll see results eventually😚🥰

    Just starting this challenge Lucy! Thank you! I am dealing with a long stent of depression and anxiety currently. I have been so depressed I couldn't even get up working out other than going on walks. I'm so proud of myself for getting work out clothes on today and starting this challenge.       Second day done. It was a little easier today. It's interesting to me that I can only do Lucy's workouts since these are the only ones I find enough motivation for. There also super quick and after doing the 7 day waist and stomach challenge I finally believe in me getting into shape since that one really worked. Now I have high hopes for this one to be just as effective!

      Day three done! Today was the first day of this challenge I ate clean. The last two days I just couldn't do it since I was still unmotivated to do so but today I ate super healthy and didn't over eat. Four days left and I'm buzzing to see the final measurements on sunday.

      Workout no. 4 is done! I have to admit it was kind of a struggle today. I don't know why, but some days are just harder as others I'd say. I always feel great after my workout, like I have accomplished something that I can be proud of. As someone who has depression I can tell you that working out really has a small impact on how I feel. I don't feel useless anymore and when I go to bed I know I did something for my health. Also I'm beginning to see some changes in my legs. They are not as flabby anymore and I can also see some muscles getting a little more defined. So far so good!

    About 6 months ago, I was really fit, I worked out 5 times a week and ate right. I moved into a new place in April and I don’t know what happened. I’ve put on 2 inches all over my body and I don’t feel so good about it. I stumbled on Lucy’s Channel when I was looking up on how to lose a dress size. I started last evening. I did this workout combined with the muffin top workout and I woke up sore around my love handle area and my upper thighs are on fire. I felt the burn doing the workout and that’s how I knew I was going to come back for more. I also woke up with a flat stomach, so I know this is working for me. I plan on doing the drop a dress size workout combined with another one of her fabulous workouts everyday for 7 days and maybe I will continue if I see results. I will return and post my results in measurements. I can’t wait to see the outcome.
    I feel strong today and that’s a good sign for a fresh start. Here’s to a becoming strong and healthy again.

    Yaaay! I love your 7 day challenges! Can't wait to get started on this one. I've been doing your workouts for about one year now. When I started I could barely walk one mile, now I can walk 3 miles straight no problem! Thanks so much Lucy!

    I just finished 7 days of this workout . I’m feeling slight difference in my legs and feel much better I hope to continue this for about 1 month and I’m hoping it will make more of a difference . Thanks Lucy 💕

    Thank you Lucy for this amazing video! Tip for the ones who wanna drop a dress size doing these exercises: also keep yourself in a good low carb diet and repeat exercises more than once. You can also add some more exercises depending on the place of your body you put the weight on, if you know it. Though I didn’t do the squats, after 5 days I was able to really fit (ok by sucking my stomach a bit ) in the dresses that I was not able to.

      I have a hour glass figure my fat has started to tone it’s been just over 18months I was a size 26 now 20
      I’m super happy and it’s not a heavy workout and it’s safe for me because of my health condition
      U have to do it everyday

    Day 1 complete... Did this one with a 15 minute walk and tone video plus added a 15 minute bike ride.I love this workout it really went by fast and I know I'm going to do this more than 7 days. I love your videos and the results I'm seeing. Thank you ❤

    I’m a couple days into week three without missing a day. I’ve decided to do one of her 7 minute videos every day no matter what and others if I have time/feel like it. My plan is to do one for a week and then pick another to do the next week and so on. The walking ones are great to do while watching TV because they are easy to follow along with while muted!
    Definitely seeing results! I’m tracking both weight and measurements. Went from 142 to 139.4 and lost an inch at the underbust, 1.25 inches at the waist, and .75 inches at the hips.
    After four days the soreness went away (I was really out of shape), I’m starting to feel more toned, and I have a lot more energy.

      RonaldWeasleysWife, I do at least one seven minute one. Some days I do two or that and a longer one or take the dog out on the bike or go for a walk for half an hour. I definitely think it plays a roll even if I’m not sedentary the entire rest of the day.

    I started on Tuesday so this is my 3rd day . At first this was hard but I realised that this was easier when I did another 7 minute workout along with this daily. The 7 min would pass by so fast so I would make myself do this as the last workout so I have to get through all the others to do this!!!

    I have been doing this workout from the last 7 days..and the result after completing 7 days is amazing..it really works..my upper belly fats have reduced by half inches and my lower belly fats have reduced by 1 inch so far by doing this workout..and that too without following any diet..I am on my usual meal plan and still lost inches from my belly..thank you so much Lucy..will surely continue this workout...

    I've been doing your workouts Lucy for about a year. I do the drop a dress size, walking at home, speed your metbolism all! I love them the 7 minutes kick your ass in a great way lol! I brag about you to everyone and anyone who hears! I love your attitude and your own story is amazing. I've lost about 40lbs since I started doing them. I literally went from a 3x to a L/XL. I've always felt good about myself 3x or not but working out is just good for my soul. Thanks Lucy!!!! You are awesome!

    One thing I didn't expect was to feel sore the next morning! Holy moly! Only 7 minutes, but works your body so good! I also sweat more than I would sweat half hour at the gym!

    I tried Lucy's different activities,but these Are for me definitely the Best for loosing fat in all parts of the body. They Are short, but not do easy. They really work. Thank you Lucy. You give me motivation.❤

    I took my bust, waist, and hip measurements before starting. I took them after 7 days and each measurement is 1" smaller. 🤯 I'm 59 and woefully out of shape with quarantine on top pf that. These exercises are doable even for me! I plan to keep them up and while I don't expect such a dramatic difference every week (because plateaus are evil), I no longer feel like a slug. Thank you!
