    Loved it.. as it's a combination of dance plus floor exercise. It would have been better if u had added voice while doing floor exercise, as I always had to turn to the mobile n see what ur doing.

    Its going to be 2 months now, i consistently follow this workout and my upper body started melting like ice on the fire... 😅 and searching where my backpain is... 😂

    I started this in the first week of october and used to do 30 mins after that i started doing it 60 mins in a day starting nov i did the walk workout +floor n standing..together...beleive me mam its a miracle workout i just dont feel tired at all on top of that pain less periods this mnth i am 40 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏thanks mam for the lovely songs and workouts main masti love u soooo much love from Bangalore India ♥️♥️♥️♥️🙏🙏🤩🤩

    I get up in the morning. Talk to god n express my gratitude n immediately your workout session is on my mind. I sleep to wake up to be a part of your workout. Indian movie songs with music is so connectable and those little dance like moves pep up our motivational levels, every lady irrespective of the age wants to dance. Especially those culture who do not encourage dance form as part of their celebrations. Your workout sessions are relief for them i am 100% sure on that. So thank you thank you and thank you.
