I use an old version of Cyberlink Powerdirector for my videos and works almost exactly like you demonstrated. The main problem I had at first is moving the clip on the timeline, I wouldn't be able to pinpoint to the exact section where I wanted. But then I learned to expand the timeline as far as it will go and then you can move the clip in 1 frame increments. Really helped zero in and get the sync exact. I usually also record audio only into the dji mic 2 transmitter for a backup and that's easy to sync also once you get the others synced. Just listen for the claps. Thanks again for the very informative videos, I thoroughly enjoy them.
I use Cyberlink Power Director (latest version) too and have developed a method for embedding the app screen video recording into the SD card video and synching it up. I don't record audio.
You got me excited when you talked about editing. I've downloaded DaVinci Resolve but it so intimidates me that I have not done anything useful with it yet. Tid bits like your clapping maneuver are really helpful for the newbies like me! At this point I would be delighted to know how to load in a file, delete the portions I don't want and then save it to a new file. I've used the editor in the DJI Fly app but it is really limited. Thanks again!
Thank you for this video tutorial. I had in mind for a while to ask you to demonstrate how you made your screen recording in your videos. I must say I didn't imagine how much time you must spend to produce a 15 or so minute TH-cam video. That makes me appreciate your content even more just knowing the time invested. Ì always enjoy your content, especially the Snake River canyon. Such a beautiful area to fly your drone and entertain us. Thanks again.
Very exciting. I use premier pro for my music videos and it's almost the same way. Truly this is an educational channel. Stay blessed and safe all the time Amen 🙏👍
Let's get that screen recording in the air! Great tutorial, I'm sure this help a lot of folks out. What were you using to gray the audio, the DJI Mic 2? And if so did you use the same method to sync the audio. Thanks for sharing Marcus.
It sure would be nice to be able to map the screen record function on the RC2 to a function button on the RC2 so that you do not have to dive in to any menus. The current procedure is cumbersome; DJI should improve this.
@@IdahoQuadcopter Hi Marcus, my Mini 4 Pro with RC N2 doesn't have that issue. Even did a firmware update today with a test flight following, no attitude problem.

Hi. Thanks for your how-to video. It's a shame you were standing in the shadows with a hat on as it would have been nice to see you better. You didn't say while recording whether you need an sd card in the controller! I'm guessing that you do. If you do, can this be downloaded as we do with our video footage from the drone? It's self.? In your video, it appears that you didn't have a line of sight. Here in the UK, we are told we must have. Over all I thought you came across well and while I struggled to see your actions because of glare off the screen controller, i did manage to keep up. Many thanks Marcus
Excellent video, I learned a lot. Thank you!
Thank you, I'm glad you found the video helpful.

Thank you William! Yes, it just takes a little practice and you can get it all in perfect sync.
Great video Marcus, I wanted to do this but didn’t remember the double pull down. 👍🏻👍🏻
Yep, ya gotta pull twice Jackie!
Like your new name for the Control Centre on the iPhone. The Gadget Menu 😉
Ha! Ah yes nomenclature matters and I often get it wrong. 😄
@@IdahoQuadcopter Nawwww it's fine. I like yours better 😂
Very nice sharing
Thanks for visiting Jesus!

You are welcome George! Editing video does take time, but is worth the effort. 👍
Great and informative video. Thanks for taking the time to do this video.

Great video. Very useful information for us beginners.

Great video. . Just subed TH-cam brought me to your channel.

Great tutorial!!! And yes, Android "Screen Recording" is about the same. Thanks for sharing and keep'm coming! 😎
Thank you Del! I'm getting some great shots at the coast.

Thank you Bob!!
Nice editing tips.
Thank you John!
Another great video, Marcus! Did you get a realignment from the chiropractors at the park?
Thank you! 😀 No alignment for me!

I'm glad it was helpful Chris!
Great video, however I totally stink at editing videos (mental block about cutting and joining clips of the timelines). Pretty neat the way you do it.
I knew nothing when I started. It just takes practice. 🙂
No hace falta excusas para volar el dron, solo hace falta ver la cara de felicidad que se le pone a uno
I love to fly!!! 😀😀😀😀

Yes, that's how it's done on the RC Pro. 👍
Hi Marcus, nice tutorial, thank you. What was going on with your attitude indicator? It was jumping all around.
R you saying Marcus has an attitude? Lol
Yes Richard, that's a known problem with the Mini 4 Pro. I wonder if DJI will ever correct it?
@@IdahoQuadcopter People have the same problem on the Air 3 as well. Some people blame it on the DJI RC 2.

Thank you for watching! You can record to internal memory on the controller, or use an SD card.
@@IdahoQuadcopter Excellent. I need to buy another micro sd card.
@@IdahoQuadcopter How do I download the video from the controller though.
@@BelowMyDrone I use the video download feature on my windows PC.
Do you have a link for the magic movie edit pro please I can’t find it in my app’s thing thank you very much
This is their main page. I used google to find it. www.magix.com/us/

If you don’t see the screen record button in the pull down menu you need to go to settings>control center and add it to the control center.
That's a great tip. Thank you!
nice..enjoy while you can mates... I heard It will be banned in a short time... sorry to hear that...
I'm not sure if Ban is the right word, but we could lose access to new DJI releases.
