Not only they have the most features, but they have the best handling cameras. After you have holden a Lumix camera, Sony, OM Systems, etc... won't do. Some cameras maybe better, but they don't feel the same. Most of amateur photography is about the experience of shooting, not having the best image quality, ...although they have nothing to envy, they could become the best if they want. After all, Leicas have Lumix technology in them.
Yes, handling is great on Panasonic: the buttons & dials layout, shape, size - all of them are on point! For me, good camera handling is quickly becoming the no.1 priority, since now, all recent cameras are good enough. Having great handling + the fact they now partnered with Leica for Full Frames can very well lead to them becoming the best, if they want. They've been sufficiently ambitious so far.
Only tried one Panasonic (LX3) and it was one of the most fun and inspiring cameras I’ve used. I’m sure their other offerings are great too and let’s not forget about their lens lineup like the 30mm G2.8 macro in particular. Very appreciative for such an affordable system but I’ve recently stuck with more Olympus gear since it’s a bit smaller and suits me little better. Would like to try a GX8 one of these days or maybe the G9 ii when prices go down. Also the LX100 series has been on my radar for some time. Which models have you tried and what are your favorites?
Olympus gear is a bit smaller, I agree, more portable; but weather it's Olympus or Panasonic, I can't abandon the MFT System. I have an emotional attachment, I admit, but they are also good. I owned a Panasonic G7 and now have a G90 - good ergonomics/handling and great Image quality. I would love to try the new G9 II, but also the old G9 (they made a lot of firmware updates for the first G9 - it is much better than what it was 5 years ago) - the two are my favorite ones.
What is your opinion about Panasonic's cameras and their impact?
My Panasonic's fantastic 🔥🧡.
Mon Panasonic est Magnifique 😂.
My Panasonic Lumix "Legendary" G7.💪📷
Panasonic Lumix is underrated !

@@cameraexplorations : Nice choices. I’m fond of M4/3 as well.
