ABSOLUTELY the best keto brownies and super easy with ingredients in a well stocked keto pantry. Next time we might sprinkle unsweetened coconut flakes on top along with the walnut garnish to enhance the coconut flavor. Low net carbs for a generous sized brownie. No temp or bake time above with the ingredient list (or did I miss it ?), so just watched the video again. THANKS !!!!

Ok y’all, I made these brownies this weekend and let me tell you... they’re B O M B !!!! Do not modify the ingredients. My sister added more coconut flour because she said batter looked too wet. It’s not! I did need to bake for an additional 15 minutes (45 mins total @ 350) but that’s because all ovens are not made equal. Use a toothpick to see if it’s cooked through. This is the best brownie recipe out there!!

I'm a Type 1 Diabetic on Keto. I just made these and I can confirm they had almost no effect on my Blood Sugar! After eating one 90g brownie (1/9th of a pan) and NO INSULIN, two hours later my Blood Sugar increased from 5.2 mmol/L to 5.9 mmol/L! That is amazing! Virtually no effect and even that could be normal fluctuation. By contrast a STANDARD 90g brownie (containing 45g carb) would've raised it from 5.2 to around 14 mmol/L Also tasted very nice :)

I just got around to making these yesterday, just as amazing as everything else and so simple to make. I did have some bother with the mixture not being the optimal temperature (cold climate) but I just heated it lightly over a double boiler for a bit, careful to mix like fury and not cook the eggs. Worked out great! Thank you again for your wonderful Keto recipes and simplistic but beautifully shot videos! You’re one of the stars of TH-cam! ♥️

finally made this today to satisfy my craving. It's very chocolaty and a little dense (in a good way). I halved the recipe since it's only for 1 person (will take a few days to finish it haha). Goes well with almond milk and the intense chocolate flavor kinda covered the coconut flour so if anyone doesn't like it, this will be a good one to try. the amount of sweetener is also nice as it's sweet enough and I'm using allulose btw

Me and my daughter had piece of it it's really good. I only had 3 eggs so I added additional 2/3 cup of heavy cream and it worked and it's moist and no egg or coconut taste ! Love it thank you again.
Why does the keto recipes have so many eggs in it...really hate the taste of all the eggs. One recipe I replaced an egg with sour cream and it came out great.

Taste better hours later (as with most keto sweets). Simple...I follow the direction excatly. The only difference I did was add a little more sweetner (my taste) than 1 cup. I also blend the eggs well with the sweetners as it helps break up that crystalline taste that happens sometime with ethriynol.
I didn't have coconut oil so I used melted butter and milk instead, turned out tasty still, not bad. but might be best to stick to original next time ! The texture however is very good
Maybe warm it up by placing a pan with water and adding a glass bowl on top so it just sits on top and add your ingredients. It was probably because your ingredients got cold.
@@jenc893 this happened to me as well. I made a double batch and actually forgot to add a double serving of coconut oil! Also another tip, save the coco power mix for last and start with the eggs first
Could you make a dessert (or give the conversion) with monk fruit sweetener drops instead of erythritol? Your desserts look so good, but I am hesitant to use erythritol.

I used the same exact ingredients just used 8 small eggs instead of 6 large ones. And used cacao powder. But brownies turned out super dry. What have i done wrong?

Hi Allen! I haven’t tried using equal gold so I really don’t know the ratio of the sweeteness compared to erythritol base sweeteners. You can always asjust the sweeteness acdg to your taste. ❤️

It should not be like that. Make sure to weigh all your ingredients. Coconut flour is an extremely absorbent ingredient, so it's best to measure it by weight and not by volume.
Can I ask if there is a reason that you use almond milk instead of ordinary milk? I don't buy alternative milk normally so would be left with leftovers.

Ok I must have done something wrong, my coconut oil , cocoa and coconut all got hard and didn’t mix well with the egg and other ingredients.
Maybe warm it up by placing a pan with water and adding a glass bowl on top so it just sits on top and add your ingredients. It was probably because your ingredients got cold.
@@jenc893 this happened to me as well. I made a double batch and actually forgot to add a double serving of coconut oil! Also another tip, save the coco power mix for last and start with the eggs first

I used the same exact ingredients just used 8 small eggs instead of 6 large ones. And used cacao powder. But brownies turned out super dry. What have i done wrong?
sorry about that but I also have no idea why it came out dry. For how long did you bake it? and does the batter before baking the same with my batter on the video?!
@@ketoserts baked it for 30 mins at 350F. Your batter was a little thicker than mine and i used electric handmixer.

Hi Allen! I haven’t tried using equal gold so I really don’t know the ratio of the sweeteness compared to erythritol base sweeteners. You can always asjust the sweeteness acdg to your taste. ❤️

It should not be like that. Make sure to weigh all your ingredients. Coconut flour is an extremely absorbent ingredient, so it's best to measure it by weight and not by volume.
