The metric system is wayyyyy, wayyyyy better for baking. It is more accurate and *consistent* time and time again. I'm not sure why Americans are so against using metric vs. imperial. I love it when recipes use grams instead of cups. Just get yourself a kitchen scale and you'll be good to go for the next time 🤷♀️
@@mylowcarb I unterstand it but is it firm enough with the milk? Cream and milk don't have the same consistancy and the quantity of the chocolate is the same. This is what I don't unterstand.
