Ingredients -1/4 cup cocoa powder -2 table spoons of coconut flour or 6 table spoons of almond flour -3 room temperature eggs -1/2 cup of sweetener(stevia works better) -2ounces of bakers chocolate -2 sticks of butter(12 table spoon) -teaspoon of vanilla extract -Pinch of salt
@Amy Isi It isn't required, you could go right from the microwave to the bowl! But, you could let it cool for about 15-45 seconds in order to make it easier to hold :)
So i have to be very honest, I just made these and took them out of the oven about an hour ago. As a prof past fatass, I can declare these as the fudgiest brownies I have ever had! These are amazing! I never got to try the first recipe but these are bomb af! I grabbed a cold glass of cashew milk and I can’t handle the amazing ness. Good job you guys!
The best fudgy keto brownie recipe I have ever tried. My new favorite recipe in my keto recipe collection. Two thumbs up❤❤❤ A little tip: if you're like me, baking it in a Ninja 5-in-1 cooker, you want to reduce the baking time from 55 to 35 minutes to retain the moist fudgy texture. The first time I baked it in my Ninja for 45 minutes, the brownies turned out very dry and powdery, and a little bitter, apparently over-baked. The second time I reduced the time to 35 minutes, it came out perfectly moist, fluffy and fudgy. Thank you for the wonderful keto recipe.
It's always time to stock up on bakers chocolate. You can also try just adding a bit more cocoa powder and leaving it out. It won't be as fudgy though.
OMG OK OK... I started keto 2 months ago... So slowly slowly my curiosity is taken me to try new recipes and you are THE THIRD recipe that I've tried and FINALLY I HAVE BROWNIES OVER MEGA DELICIOUS.. and I'm not a good cooker!..... You just earn a new subscriber.thanks!
Good morning - I am one of your DSK participants and really believe in the keto lifestyle. It is a point of contention in my house but I have lost 240 pounds on Keto thus far and am excited to see what I can do with DSK. I have moved my 14 year old daughter to keto as much as I can and I have to tell you guys that your recipes are super important to the keto community. Its just not because they taste good, replace the comfort foods we miss etc. Your recipes really open up this WOE to the entire family. I cook my daughter breakfast every morning, I pack her lunch or make her lunch everyday. Dinner is what dinner is. But these recipes bring normalcy to this way of eating. She loves salami so lunch is normally salamai, cheese and hard boiled egg, but can include some brownie so it all looks normal to the other kids and it tastes amazing for her and she continues this way of eating. You guys are awesome...Much keto love! BDU
In the oven right now. I’ll edit for the result. Excited! Editting: It turned out great. But it definitely doesn't need more than 35 minutes in the oven. If you take it out still jiggling a bit, you get the fudgey brownies you want. Plus, chill at least for an hour before eating.
I just made these. They were way overcooked at 45 mins in plus I had reduced the temp so best to keep checking on them. Next time ill only cook them for 30/35 mins. Other than that they are tasty.
So I need to report that I made these last night, finally! I never saw the old recipe, so I can't give a comparison. They turned out pretty well! I cut them into 15 pieces and put them in the fridge. Almost like an airy fudge candy when cold, but 5-10 secs in the micro made them taste like real brownies. I haven't eaten actual brownies in years, so they fooled me. I will be trying them out on family to see if they can be fooled, too! Only problem I had was that I sprayed the parchment with coconut oil spray and that made the bottoms and sides more oily than I'd like. So just a note for anyone making them, you probably only need the oil on the pan or the parchment, but not both. Seems like putting the oil spray on the parchment just made them slick like the oil had nowhere to go. Thanks for the recipe, guys!
I have made this twice now and perfect both times. It is now a staple for Sunday afternoons so I have delicious brownies through most of the week, thank you so much! You guys and Jason Wittrock have changed my life!
Chef here. This recipe looks amazing and I will be trying it since I'm doing keto for the next 30 days. But I like my brownies cakey. For those that want that texture. Seperate the egg whites and yolks. Beat the whites until stiff peaks. And put 1/2 a tsp of baking powder in the dry ingredients. Everything for this recipe I would follow exactly. But that last thing I would do is fold in the egg whites at the end until JUST barely fully incorporated DO NOT OVER MIX. And I would probably add some Lily's milk chocolate chips to balance out some of the bitterness. I'll update once I make this. Good job though!
YAAAAAAASSSSSSSS!!!!! I MADE THESE AND THEY WERE AWESOME! VERY FUDGY! GOING TO HAVE TO SAVE SOME AND GO GRAB ALMOND MILK LIKE YOU SUGGESTED BECAUSE YES!! FUDGY! AND I TOPPED THEM WITH CREAM CHEESE FROSTING! YUMMMMMM. NOT DRY AT ALL! I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH LOL....THANK YOU! ......BTW I SUBSTITUTED COCONUT FLOUR WITH ALMOND FLOUR
Very good recipe. I’ve made these brownies twice now. The first time, I made them just as she instructed. The second time I added sugar free chocolate pudding pack to the dry ingredients. It made it more rich and chocolate and kept the middle nice and moist.
Made these about 3 weeks ago and it was my first time baking something. I got worried at the amount of butter used, so I used a lot less than the recipe calls. I am not sure if this could be a cause or not, but right after melting the butter and chocolate , i mixed them with the other ingredients. It resulted in a super dry , crumbly brownie. It was hard and the Erythritol rose to the top. When I chew on the brownie, it'll give out a minty effect (from the Erythritol). It wasn't too bad , people around me did not like it, but I was okay with it, since its one of the few desserts that I had after going keto. Added a few pecan nuts inside of the batter before baking it and that seemed to help a little. Thought of making it again today, and this time, i added the exact amount of butter as indicated in the recipe. I allowed the melted butter + chocolate to cool down before I begin to mix them with the other ingredients. Added a lot of pecan nuts inside of the batter and the oven took over. After about 40 - 45 minutes, i took it out of the oven. There was a layer of melted butter on top of the brownie and i drained it out. Allowed the brownie to cool and I began to cut into it. I couldn't believe it, it was super moist and it actually tasted good! If I was given this brownie without anyone telling me the recipe, I would swear its not a low carb brownie. It was delicious and my mother who did not like the previous batch, loved this batch. I would even say its one of the best brownies that I have ever had and I made it! Hard to believe that its so simple to make yet super delicious! Thank you for the recipe. This is going to be a staple.
Excellent recipe! I made it last night and they were delicious! I added vanilla cream cheese frosting on top after it cooled and also added an avocado to the cocoa mixture, then I refrigerated it and it turned out like fudge. Icing: 8 oz cream cheese 1 tbs vanilla flavoring 3 tbs swerve
These are so good. I used a sugar free chocolate( the store was out of bakers chocolate) , stevia, and I put cream cheese in the middle of the batter. These came out so perfect. thanks for the recipe
I made this. It was not my most favorite dessert (all desserts not only keto ones), but I would say that this was the best KETO dessert I have ever eaten.
I just made these in a 9x9 and baked for 30 minutes. They are so so good, but mine had more of a lighter cake texture (doesn't bother me a bit!). I did line my pan with parchment paper so I could lift it right out otherwise I don't think I would have been able to get them out since they are not as dense.
Made these last night... they are delicious! One tip I cooked for 45 minutes and they started to dry out a bit. Next time I’ll cook 40 min, so watch your time on these. Also I used swerve and it worked great. Thank you for the great recipe!!
These are seriously great. I served them w soft serve ice cream...I made it by putting about two small handfuls of frozen blackberry/raspberry combo into my pint-sized food processor with a little liquid stevia and maybe a quarter cup whipping cream. Pulsed it until the berries are chopped up, then run it for maybe 20-30 sec, and it forms very berry soft serve that is abfab served on top of these brownies. Literally to die for.
Maybe some people aren't catching the correction on the butter amount where you accidentally say 2 sticks. That might account for the differences in results. I havent tried the recipe yet. If I do, I will be sure to post a review 😀
I made it yesterday. Made doubke batch and baked a little longer. When it came out of the oven I was too excited and took a slice. It was dry. I was disappointed. Nevertheless once cooled I kept in the fridge. Today I took it out and made small slices and put in the jar. I had another slice. To my surprise it was moist and delicious. My kids kept coming for more. It is indeed fudgy. Thank you so much. This will be my go to recipe when my kids want a good fudgy brownies. Taste even better than a non keto brownie. Marvellous!!!!
Thanks so much for this recipe! It helped with my "sweet" craving. I had a piece with a small glass of almond milk and another the next day with 3 tsp. of Enlightened ice cream on top (salted caramel) and it was heavenly! Great, great, great! Thanks again!
I used almond flour instead of coconut for his recipe and followed you tip of 6 tablespoons instead of 2 for coconut. I was completely satisfied with the results. Thank you so much for sharing your recipe. I topped a slice of brownie with homemade whipping cream and it game it the final touch!!
I was extremely hesitant to make these brownies because I thoroughly disliked every keto recipe I've tried containing ANY coconut flour! But, the word "fudgy" in the title got my attention, and since we've grown tired of the avocado chocolate brownies, I decided to give these a "trial run." One word: AMAZING!!!!! 1. There is no overpowering coconut taste or aroma. 2. They don't taste sugar-free. 3. They are the consistency of "real" brownies, truly fudgy. 4. They are DELICIOUS! Thank you for sharing this recipe!
I'm going to try these tomorrow! Also love that new format! I'm usually following your videos while I cook, and not having to pause and go back to see what y'all did is definitely not as good as just hearing y'all say what you're doing!
I made the original recipe and they were dry, crumbly, and blah. These are AMAZING. Warmed up out of the fridge on day 2 taste just as good. Thank you, thank you!

So, tried y'alls recipe. I cut the eggs a bit and used this in my airfryer. Finally! Amazing brownies! Y'all did it!! I never commented on anyone's post and have been searching for years! Thank you!!
OMG I did these and I have been searching for recipes keto for me and my kiddos and husband! And my kids love them! Now we can all enjoy together. I would add a picture so you can see the texture it's all true!
Made these just right now, ate one piece, went back for another one. OMG....LOVE how delicious they are. I did omit the Bakers chocolate because my friend made them before and said they were too intense. I think I chose right. They were chocolaty without being overwhelming. I want to eat the whole loaf! Thanks Keto Connect for this recipe. Next, I want to try your Pecan Ice cream.
so i just wanted to say thank you guys so much for putting out these great recipes. i just started the keto diet 2 weeks now and i am a type 1 diabetic. for 20 yrs on in insulin pump for 1yr and 1\2. and my sugar have been normal since i started this diet. i have some questions for. i wanted to know if there is anymore options for breakfast besides just eggs and bacon. ive been eating so much of that. and my energy is unbelievable as well. what excercises do u recommend i do as well? keep the recipes coming guys love them soo much. your diabetic fan.
You Can make breads too. They are primarily made from coconut flour and almond flour. Look for keto pancakes. You can also try Chia seeds. They are very simple to prepare but need to sit overnight: 2 tbsp Chia Seeds 1/2 cup almond milk, unsweetened 1/2 cup greek yogurt, unsweetened mix the greek yogurt and chia together. Mix in the almond milk a portion at a time. Stir until homogeneous. Let sit overnight in the fridge. You can sweeten with erythritol/stevia and flavor with nuts, cocoa, cinnamon, etc.
I am not a big fan of eggs for breakfast either- I prefer to eat eggs and bacon later in the day. But, just remember that you can eat anything you want at any time of day. There is no law that you have to eat "breakfast" food in the a.m. For my favorite quick breakfast, I make ahead egg salad or chicken salad and eat it with celery, cucumbers, and tomatoes. Or, sometimes I eat it on lettuce in a big salad. It's really nice to start the day with some crunchy veggies- very hydrating.
I've been making a hot cereal with flax meal, chia seeds, and hemp hearts. I love it! There are tons of different add-in options: peanut butter, pb powder, sliced almonds, berries, butter, cream, coconut oil, cinnamon, stevia to sweeten. I'm not very familiar with diabetic friendly recipes, but I know this is full of healthy fats and low on sugar and carbs.
Make low carb "bread" by mixing flaxmeal and water together to form a "dough" and spread it onto parchment paper lined on a pan and press it out until very thin and flat and bake it until its cooked to your desire. I personally like to make it crunchy to mimic bread otherwise it comes out unpleasant. If you want more flavor in he bread then u can make it with milk and eggs, oil and other seasonings u like rather than just water and flax meal.
Now that its warmer. I eat smoked turkey, eggs, tomato, cucumber and sometimes little bit of cheese in the eggs and lettuce. That's my breakfast nowadays. Also you can make keto granola and eat it with yogurt.
I made these last night. They were tasty last night. They were absolutely delicious this evening after sitting covered in the fridge since last night. I suggest waiting a day and allowing them to completely set before rendering your final verdict.
Yummm. Can't wait to try. Sunday dessert .My hubby and I began Dr. Don Colbert's keto plan a little over a week ago. I'm slim, but I love, love, love my sweets! Already feel so much more energetic ,focused, and my joy is overflowing. Anxiety, which I've dealt with for a long while ,is completely gone. My hubby's knees no longer hurt whatsoever. Great mood, every day, even in the am which is saying alot for me! Great video! Thanks and God bless!
Hi! I just started keto last week and found your video. I'm making your recipe but double for my co-workers birthday. I think she'll love it. I tasted the raw batter while cleaning up, and man is it good.
The Birchenoughs since theres souch a big amount of erithyrol it would effect the quantity and texture if you instead used a teaspoon stevia i have a stevia and sugar alcahol mix thats almost as sweet as sugar it is called sukrin.
I am so happy I found your channel. For the past two weeks-ish I've been cutting my carb intake way down and eating a high fat diet, and even though almost every day I've gone over my calorie limit that I set for myself to lose weight (1200) I've lost weight. Now it's naturally easier for me to stop eating when I'm full, and a lot easier to say no to sweets and carb laden foods. I'm ready to go full keto now, no cheating, and your channel has been really helpful. 🙌🏼
xylitol can enduce someone to have a bad gas trip to the bathroom for a few hours if you eat too many brownies. Haven't you heard the stories about sugar free gummy bears? lol But sure if you wanna make some lax brownies it could be a way to keep you regular while tasting a treat.
SharekaYuki that is Malitol that is in the gummie bears... but Xylitol is EXTREMLY poisonous to pets so use extreme caution with it.... I don't know why they dont have warning labels on the stuff.

I made these yesterday. They are pretty good. It's hard to make a real brownie without actual sugar. I doubled the recipe and used half coconut flour and half almond flour. I know that to get the right texture you can't skip the coconut flour, but I really don't like it's texture, lol. Thanks for the recipe! I topped mine with a cream cheese "frosting"😀
I made these today annnnndddddddd..........they were pretty good! I didn't make the original recipe so I can comment on whether or not they were "fudgier" but they are really good! Only thing I did different is I cut mine into 16 pieces instead of 8. Thanks!!
These Keto Brownies are excellent. I have made them at least 10 times so far. If you ever need a change, add 1/2 teaspoon of natural orange oil, and keep all the other ingredients including the vanilla.
Just made these. I used stevia extract because I didn’t have erythi-whatever. After cooling, these taste DIVINE. Finally, guilt free brownie indulgence. Thanks so much for the recipe!!!
Just made these. Holy shit they're good! You weren't kidding when you said they're fudgy! Next time I wanna try adding walnuts. Thanks guys for making my taste buds happy😄
These are pretty good . I would bake them less next time 40 mins was to long. I used almond flour and monk fruit sugar instead and also added walnuts ontop I would make again just bake 30 mins
Just made these and they were delicious. Hard to take out of the bread pan so the next time used parchment paper and it worked much easier to remove from pan and not break. Delicious!!
omg Im so glad you made this video! I made them and they ended up dry and fell apart. They tasted great and still got eaten :) :) but I will definitely retry the recipe again. Thank you soooo much for making the video!
I just made them and the same thing happened to me. I think I might have overcooked them possibly. I made a double batch and when I peeked at them after 55 min they looked very liquidy still from all the butter. So I cooked them about 20 min longer. I pulled them out and there was still a bunch of butter on top, but then it ended up seeping into them. I feel like I must have made a mistake somewhere, but not sure where.
Never made the first version. Just got these out of the oven about 15 mins ago. OMG..they are the best brownies I have ever eaten and made EVER! Okay truth be told I normally burn brownies, I don't know why. Well I checked on these at the 35 min mark because my oven seems to be hotter then most. Pulled them out and let them cool IN THE PAN before cutting. They are to die for...I will be making these brownies again and again. THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH!!!!
I just made these tonight and oh my goodness. I needed this. I have been on Keto since January 7th and I have not cheated. I did find a low carb mini candy bar with almonds, caramel and chocolate but they are so hard I can't chew them. I needed to have a good dessert. This is it. The top needs something fluffy or moist like an icing. My top was a shiny firm texture. I baked it in a 9 X 9 baking dish. They weren't as spongy as yours. I baked them 50 minutes but maybe that was too long. I could see these with a peanut butter topping. MMMMMMM Thank you!
I made these and they are soooo delicious!!! My Husband would not eat any but it was His Loss and My Gain. I kept them covered in plastic wrap and foil when they first came out of the oven. I ate them over 4 days. Every day they were just as Awesome as when I first baked them. Thank You for this one. I love it and my blood sugar loves them too. I am a Diabetic and I am recovering from Breast Cancer surgery. I have been working hard at getting my blood sugar under control again. You Two helped Me when I tried Keto 4 years ago. If I had only stuck to it. Anyway, I am doing it again and so far, So Good. Thank You for sharing Your talents with Us again. Bless You And Your Family. ✝️🙏🏽👍🏼❤️👋🏼
I just made these.. I didn't have vanilla at home, used stevia instead of erythritol and accidentally mixed the sugar with the dry mix instead of the eggs. Still turned out to be AMAZING and so satisfying!! I put them in small muffin cups and they looked so good as well. Thank you so much guys. You two are the best!! Xx
Loaf pan 8x4 Add cocoa powder, flour, salt..mix and crush clumps Separate bowl, three eggs, vanilla, sweetener Mix Fluff to three times volume Melt butter and chocolate Add egg mix in three drops to chocolate Fold in together Fold in dry ingredients in three parts Use spatula Makes a Loose thick batter Grease pan Pour in batter Bake at 325 for 55 to 60minutes
I made these last night and they were amazing. I doubled the recipe so they could fit in my brownie pan. They taste jusy like the real thing! Instead of erythritol I used truvia.
Keto Connect it shows! You guys have always been great but you're really killing it lately. You asked for TH-cam recommendations on your last video; have you watched Foodwishes before? Chef John is one of my favorite TH-camrs and he has a similar overhead+narration setup that he's been refining for years. It might be worth a look! It's not a keto cooking channel but I do use a few of his recipes.
Ehh I'd have to disagree. The two camera set up seemed strange. Being a film major, that break away shot should be shorter or else it's just an awkward lingering shot. It's a good way to up the production quality, but it needs to be done right. Keep experimenting @ketoconnect
I tried making these with stevia and 56g of almond butter two nights ago and they came out terrible and burnt. Today I added truvia, almond butter, cinnamon, and heavy whipping cream. I also baked them with parchment paper and they are probably the best keto brownies. Came out so fudgy and delicious. Thanks for the recipe.
I made this today and followed it just as u said. It was not fugue it was like cake and dry :( with all that butter I expected it to be creamy like. I wonder if it would have been good with a little oil.
Laura Elrod I made it today and followed every step and it was kinda dry and kinda tasteless so whipped up cool whip and it was a lil better.. my 15 year old son thought it was ok.. I used Truvia instead bcz that's all I have. Not the baking kind..
Honestly I think it's because of the sweetener. I have a flourless brownies recipe that I've made a thousand times with all different kinds of sugars, whit, brown, Demerara, and it's the best I've ever had, super moist and fudgey and amazing, even peopl who are that much fans of chewy and fudgey brownies love this. Anyways, I made it once with sweetener, I think it was a stevia/erythritol blend, and the brownies came out super fluffy and not fudgey at all, flavour was fine but the texture completely changed and I didn't change anything at all. Probably using a liquid sweetener that is super powerful so you only need a little would be better.
also tried making these. A little disappointed. Threw them out because i knew I wouldn't enjoy them later :(.... Still a fan tho! just not of the brownies...
The brownies you made are pretty dry. I think these are much better. These taste like normal brownies. Absolutely no difference. Good luck! www.gnom-gnom.com/gluten-free-keto-cheesecake-brownies/#wprm-recipe-container-7422 The difference between this recipe and keto connect's recipe is that the recipe from gnom gnom uses xylitol instead of erythritol which allows the finished brownies to be more wet but still hold its form making the brownies so fudgy. There is a give and take between these two types of sweeteners. Erythritol is great too but makes the brownies dry. Xylitol can cause stomach aches if you eat too much of it. Good luck!
I made these last night. I used 1 and a half tbsp coconut flour, .5 tbsp almond flour and added an extra half square of bakers chocolate. They turned out very moist. Too moist when freshly made, but are amazing this morning. No need to reheat. Guess I got lucky :) Thank you! I will be making these again in the future.
That looks like a winner! And thanks for all the nut free recipes. Using keto to overcome a nickel sensitivity and loose 100 lbs. Just starting for the new year and you guys are so much help for newbs like me.
I just made these without the drops of sweetener and just a packet of powdered sweetener and they were really good. Moist and fudgy in a little dry way but definitely a good brownie and satisfying.
Hello. I just made brownies following your recipe. They are heaven. The best of all that I tried. I would like to point out that I baked them for 40 min in the middle rack because I have a bad experience overbaking my brownies with other recipes. This time I baked them shorter from what you advised and they are super fudgy and delicious. Thank you for publishing this recipe. Great job. Cheers
Ingredients
-1/4 cup cocoa powder
-2 table spoons of coconut flour or 6 table spoons of almond flour
-3 room temperature eggs
-1/2 cup of sweetener(stevia works better)
-2ounces of bakers chocolate
-2 sticks of butter(12 table spoon)
-teaspoon of vanilla extract
-Pinch of salt
2 sticks are 16 tablespoons of butter.
1.5 sticks of butter
Thanks, I kept getting an error message when trying to get to the recipe.
Stephanie Ward That’s funny the Japanese have been using Stevia for decades and no known health risks do your research please
@Stephanie Ward wrong. Stevia is literally a plant.
Making these today!!! Just figured out the macros and it’s a perfect end of the day treat!! 1.1 carb, 16g fat, 3 protein per 1/10th.
Nicole Young Are we supposed to count the carbs In erithritol? It’s 8 gms per 2 tsp and no fiber.
@@marieantoinette3451 I thought sugar alcohol carbs didn't count?
@@marieantoinette3451 you don’t count that because you can’t digest it.
You are correct
1/4 c cocoa powder
2 tbsp coconut flour (6tbsp if using almond flour)
1/2 c erythritol
3 eggs room temp
12 tbsp butter
2 oz. unsweetened baking chocolate
1 tsp vanilla extract
Salt
can I use normal flour?
@@tasmiatabassumarony7919 if you do, you might want to add another tablespoon or 2 of flour
Was just waiting to find this person who understands he frustrated audience looking for the list of ingredients lol
Thanks

Do you guys know in grams how much butter is that 12tbsp? I feel like my spoon is huge 😁
The more dense and chewy you want your brownie add more butter. Less butter = More Cakey.
@Amy Isi
It isn't required, you could go right from the microwave to the bowl!
Andres Campos the problem with this comment is that I’m now considering driving to Whole Foods to get all the ingredients!
Making them now! Used monk fruit instead. Batter tasted delicious!!!🤣
@@daofjudith hey. How much monk fruit u used in place of the erythritol? Also was it good?
You should write a blog. I would definitely read it. The way you write is so funny and captivating.
Andres Campos was it sweet ? Just like sugar ?
The best fudgy keto brownie recipe I have ever tried. My new favorite recipe in my keto recipe collection. Two thumbs up❤❤❤
A little tip: if you're like me, baking it in a Ninja 5-in-1 cooker, you want to reduce the baking time from 55 to 35 minutes to retain the moist fudgy texture.
I hate when I want to make a recipe and have all but ONE ingredient. Time to stock up on bakers chocolate!
It's always time to stock up on bakers chocolate. You can also try just adding a bit more cocoa powder and leaving it out. It won't be as fudgy though.
Glad I waited for the chocolate. Will definitely make these a second time (I got lots of chocolate)!
I wrote I teaspoon of vanilla...when you added you said 1/2 teaspoon...confused
ive never used baker choclate r there diffrent kinds milk or dark or what
MommyDontSeeMe you can simply add 1 tbsp more cocoa and 1 more tbsp butter.
@KetoConnect hey putting the ingredients in the description would be really helpful as well as a quick reference

I baked mine for ,40 it was so dry so now redoing another batch . Horrible recipe for ruining people's money but yummy brownies
I used less butter about 200g rather than 250g and put in a square cake tin. I only cooked for 20min and wowsers! Absolutely delicious!!
I just made these. They were way overcooked at 45 mins in plus I had reduced the temp so best to keep checking on them. Next time ill only cook them for 30/35 mins. Other than that they are tasty.
right, 55 minutes is too much . I made my first batch which came out dry and burned. the next one turned out pretty good after 35 minutes.
Thank you! 55 min is overkil. They were burnt!
How did it come out?
Where did you get the sugar free pudding and what product is it? How much did you use as well
L F I used one pack of the sugar free chocolate pudding pack from a grocery store
I believe we got it from Walmart
L F one more thing make sure it’s instant pudding
@@Oldcrazy82 is it the dry mix stuff or the actual pudding cups?
L F dry mix
Why afraid of butter
@@greeneyedmimibostian3013 i was afraid that it would end up 'oily'.
@@Avngl you’re suppose to let them sit so the butter gets absorbed back in. Why not just follow the recipe?
I made these today and they are perfect.
I doubled the recipe and use an 8 inch square glass pan for 60 minutes.
Thank you so much for sharing!!
Just finished marking these. What sorcery is this!? I can't stop eating them there so good!
Just made this. Followed this to the tee, and it is Dry. Not fudgy at all. Added thin layer of almond butter and glass of almond milk to not waste.
Can you PLEASE also mention amounts in metric units in your recipes so people outside USA can try your recipes easily? Thanks
Excellent recipe! I made it last night and they were delicious! I added vanilla cream cheese frosting on top after it cooled and also added an avocado to the cocoa mixture, then I refrigerated it and it turned out like fudge.
Icing:
8 oz cream cheese
1 tbs vanilla flavoring
3 tbs swerve
These are so good. I used a sugar free chocolate( the store was out of bakers chocolate) , stevia, and I put cream cheese in the middle of the batter. These came out so perfect. thanks for the recipe
How much stevia did you use?
Can we use Monkfruit sweetner?
Loved making these. They were fudgey chocolatey melty goodness. Kids loved them too
Tried these today using almond flour. Thee best brownies I have ever tasted. I added some crushed nuts too. Delicious Thank you so much.
I'm going to mix in some powdered instant coffee - to see if it comes out mocha flavored !!!
These are fantastic even though I was lacking ingredients they still turned out delicious thanks
the only ingredient i don't have is the chocolate, i have the chocolate POWDER but not the chocolate bar, i hope it doesn't affect it😁🤔
@@NicoleLerma02 did it affect it? I don't have chocolate but I have cocoa powder
@@safranajeemudeen5526 hmm let's just say they didn't turn out as i wanted them to🥲😤
I was extremely hesitant to make these brownies because I thoroughly disliked every keto recipe I've tried containing ANY coconut flour! But, the word "fudgy" in the title got my attention, and since we've grown tired of the avocado chocolate brownies, I decided to give these a "trial run."
One word: AMAZING!!!!!
I just started going low carb and was absolutely craving something sweet and this hits the spot they were amazing and super easy! 🙂

You may have just made my life complete!
OMG I did these and I have been searching for recipes keto for me and my kiddos and husband! And my kids love them! Now we can all enjoy together. I would add a picture so you can see the texture it's all true!
I did twice the recipe!!!! So happy thank you!
Great recipe I made it on Tues. & was gone next day! Thank you Both, You guys are awesome!
Lily from L.A.
Nelly Hanson so what did you add in place?
so i just wanted to say thank you guys so much for putting out these great recipes. i just started the keto diet 2 weeks now and i am a type 1 diabetic. for 20 yrs on in insulin pump for 1yr and 1\2. and my sugar have been normal since i started this diet. i have some questions for. i wanted to know if there is anymore options for breakfast besides just eggs and bacon. ive been eating so much of that. and my energy is unbelievable as well. what excercises do u recommend i do as well? keep the recipes coming guys love them soo much. your diabetic fan.
You Can make breads too. They are primarily made from coconut flour and almond flour. Look for keto pancakes.
You can also try Chia seeds. They are very simple to prepare but need to sit overnight:
2 tbsp Chia Seeds
1/2 cup almond milk, unsweetened
1/2 cup greek yogurt, unsweetened
mix the greek yogurt and chia together.
As a person who's never baked before I can't believe I just made this & It tasted soo good. I added a layer of cream cheese in the middle just cuz.
This was freaking awesome. I honestly thought it was the same as just a normal brownie.
Thank you!!
I made these last night. They were tasty last night. They were absolutely delicious this evening after sitting covered in the fridge since last night. I suggest waiting a day and allowing them to completely set before rendering your final verdict.
Holy crap that looks good
it is
You two are incredible!!!!
Thank you!
I read that as "edible" lol
Hi! I just started keto last week and found your video. I'm making your recipe but double for my co-workers birthday. I think she'll love it. I tasted the raw batter while cleaning up, and man is it good.
Instead of pressing out the ingredients couldn’t you just sift it to get out the clumps?
No, the police will come and arrest you! 😂😂😂 Jk
This is probably the best you can get without using traditional ingredients. Nice work guys...I made them myself
Could you use stevia instead of the sweetener you used?
The Birchenoughs I'm pretty sure it's the same but not 100% positive
yes you can, stevia would actually be better b/c they're using sugar alcohol
The Birchenoughs i do try with stevia but the tasted was awful, then i use erythritol the taste waayy better!
The Birchenoughs since theres souch a big amount of erithyrol it would effect the quantity and texture if you instead used a teaspoon stevia
i have a stevia and sugar alcahol mix thats almost as sweet as sugar it is called sukrin.
Try using the powder stevia.
Can xylitol be used as a substitute to erythritol???
xylitol can enduce someone to have a bad gas trip to the bathroom for a few hours if you eat too many brownies.
Xylitol raises your blood sugar ....
margaret caple Xylitol Has a Very Low Glycemic Index and Doesn't Spike Blood Sugar or Insulin. ... Therefore, none of the harmful effects of sugar apply to xylitol. The glycemic index (a measure of how quickly foods raise blood sugar) is only 7, compared to regular sugar, which has a glycemic index of 60-70 (3, 4).Jun 4, 2017

I can always count on you guys to bring the Coconut Flour! I love it and I want to use more of it!
Thanks for making this recipe. My daughter can't have almond flour, and she was missing out. Now I can make her brownies with coconut flour!!
You re so pretty Megha!!! Thank you for sharing this awesome treat!
instead of 3 eggs I 've used only 2 eggs with 8 tbsps of milk . It turned out soooooooo so so fudgy flufy and delllllllicious 😍😍😍😍
Thank you sooooo much for the recipe using coconut flour. Im allergic to almonds too!!..I am making these tonight!!!
Wooh let us know how it goes.
OMG!! I made these yesterday... They are fabtabulous!! Wow!! Even better than any boxed kind. Thanks so much!!!
Is it possible to substitute stevia extract for sweetener, or does the erythritol also have a bulking role? Thanks again
Just made these. I used stevia extract because I didn’t have erythi-whatever. After cooling, these taste DIVINE. Finally, guilt free brownie indulgence. Thanks so much for the recipe!!!
Greenlight 88 how many drops of stevia did you use?
Biridiana Villa hey!! I didn’t used drops, I used stevia powder. A baking blend
Just made these. Holy shit they're good! You weren't kidding when you said they're fudgy! Next time I wanna try adding walnuts. Thanks guys for making my taste buds happy😄
Ya walnuts would be great in these. Glad you liked them!
I added walnuts today it was amazing
I used walnuts. More perfect
@@colleentobin2323 haha, *more perfect is the best version
These are pretty good . I would bake them less next time 40 mins was to long. I used almond flour and monk fruit sugar instead and also added walnuts ontop I would make again just bake 30 mins
I love you guys.....and this recipe. Thx!

Just made some!!! HELL YEAH guys!!!
Would love for you guys to let us know the carb and calorie count please
Just did a double recipe of this, I added a 1.5 cups of walnuts, where half was in the batter and the other half on top. Turns out really awesome!
Nice job with the new two-camera setup. Also liked the new format with music and narration.
SSuperC Thanks! We're trying some new things lately. Feedback is appreciated.
Ya i love chef john! His videos are great.
Using clarified butter / Ghee instead might help
Good luck!
www.gnom-gnom.com/gluten-free-keto-cheesecake-brownies/#wprm-recipe-container-7422
The difference between this recipe and keto connect's recipe is that the recipe from gnom gnom uses xylitol instead of erythritol which allows the finished brownies to be more wet but still hold its form making the brownies so fudgy.
Ok made these about an hour ago, Fantastic! Fluffy, buttery, and fudgetastic! Love this recipe! Thank you guys!

These are soooo amazing ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ realllly delicious!!! Thank you❣❣❣❣
I just made these without the drops of sweetener and just a packet of powdered sweetener and they were really good. Moist and fudgy in a little dry way but definitely a good brownie and satisfying.
I was waiting to hear you say these are fudgy af! Lol
Great job. Cheers
