@@itselizauwu It depends really. Most major game companies now are just as trash as Cod/Activision, for example look at what DICE/EA made with Battlefield.
Vanguard's handgun animations are good but it's a downgrade from COD WW2. Vanguard's modernized reloads don't fit well in a WW2 setting. A lot of COD WW2 animations fit the guns better, but some in Vanguard also fit in weapons like the Bazooka and Panzerschreck. Some of Vanguard's animations corrected some mistakes (especially the stripper clip fed rifles). Vanguard fixed the MG42, BAR, Bren Gun, and PPSh-41 rate of fire which is good, especially with COD WW2 doing it wrong.
@@JannickFarrellManuelOlii it's actually possible for it to be that slow. The BAR M1918A2 has two fire modes: slow like in Vanguard, or rapid fire. BFV and BF1 actually portrays this correctly.

Lol, the historical inacuracy with the 3 lines rifles in WW2. Arshin sight with curved bolt lever. The 1891 3 lines rifle was never designed to have a scope attached so it should have a straight bolt lever. it's the 1891/30 model which was designed to be a sniper rifle.

It's like comparing remastered to classic.
ngl, the Kar98k on WW2 is so sexy 🖤
12:10 This is Polina's Bolt-Action Rifle right here
Just got ww2 can't wait to try it
I rather play CODWWII instead of Vanguard because the older cods aged like fine wine while the newer ones aged like milk. The newer cods are garbage and stale as hell because Activision hates the community. Older cods were more fun and simpler than the newer ones.
i cant believe this made me like cod ww2 god what have games become
COD games*. Every other genre of games has improved
@@itselizauwu It depends really. Most major game companies now are just as trash as Cod/Activision, for example look at what DICE/EA made with Battlefield.
@@qui-gonsgin8747 shooters as a genre is failing is what I meant, apologies
"Dad, Is santa claus is real? "
"No son, we have santa klauser"
but the volksturmgewehr was a semi-auto weapon irl...
There are two versions of the gun: One semi auto and other automatic.
The vanguard trench shotgun had 2 hammers wtf
Ww2 is so much better the handling is way more realistic and the weapon models are much better and it was way more fun
the ping on the m1 garand is more realistic in vanguard but in ww2 the firing sound is more accurate
@@rosaria8384 slow fire rate is useless
Both are good games.
Call of duty 1 and 2 beats them both in terms of historical accuracy
it's really hard to choose between these 2 because both perform poorly, i still remember how recyclehammer decided we could load a full stripper clip on a scoped bolt action rifle.
also, how did the Mosin have 7 rounds ???
and I'm pretty sure the only mag-fed bolt action that is widely uses in the WW2 era was Lee-Enfield, most of them rarely entered or never entered the combat
remember when we thought WW2 was as bad as it could get
10:07 Yikes, bad things are about to happen.
Cod ww2 guns sounds like bb guns
I hate that they changed the sound of Thompson some time after the game release in WW2
I think that bolt-action rifles are the only good sounds in Vanguard but who the heck uses those?
The one thing vanguard has over cod ww2 is the m1 far and is loaded correctly otherwise they are pretty equal to me
Bruh do the guns in those two games come with built in suppressors. Would make sense, since they all seem to be made out of plastic based on their sounds lol
Awesome
Soldier 104 you cannot talk without permission.
Please answer my question. did Infinity Ward, Treyarch and Sledgehammer have a actual M1928A1 Thompson Submachine Gun on any WW2 Games other than the M1A1 Thompson?
There is a variant of the Thompson in cod wwii made to look like an actual M1928, though I forgot it's name in game
I think that ww2 had more realistic guns such as some bolt action rifles had the ability of trench mags but unlike how you could convert your bar to 50 bmg in vanguard becaus that makes a lot of sense
Fun fact: Sledgehammer was supposed to make AW2 but was forced by Activision on creating shitty WW2 games. They we're really passionate about the Future setting but they keep getting hampered by games they have zero interest in.
Anyone gonna mention how the pump action has 2 hammers in vanguard
How comes CODs from 2007-2010 have better animations?
I don't know if it's just me, but I just think WW2 looks better than Vanguard...
Honestly not a fan of either titles. Vanguard mostly because the real reason it existed was to provide new bundles and content for warzone. Which made for rushed development. Using the 2019 engine and using most of the WW2 reload sound effects. Sledgehammer better go back to the drawing board for the next one. IW seems to be the only team capable of producing a quality COD game these days.
