I second the motion. As hard, frustrating, discouraging, & disappointing as it, we have to persevere and I have to remind myself this everyday. I’ve just started in healthcare staffing & working on adding the home care services now, and getting responses both from clients & candidates is very challenging. I’ve been working on removing “give up” from my vocabulary & redefining what “give in” really means. By giving in to these challenges I’m able to expand my perception hence allowing me to accept how things are & become more innovative in my approach. It’s easier said than done (I tell myself that everyday too), but it is a whole lot easier than walking away from what I know I can do. Working with and on you is so hard to do in the beginning but letting yourself lose to your own self is harder. #pivotingaspectsinc
