She said that, as a home care owner, you want to look at a client folder not only as a client folder in the home, but you also want to look at it as a marketing tool. What is a DNR?
I am organizing myself to what I call "the agency before the agency" and would love to collaborate.
Hi I first want to thank you for your information. Im in a non regulated state I'm in Michigan to be exact I'm doing non medical services do you think that it's necessary to start off with having a nurse still even if your focus isn't home health care just for the inital assessment

Call it a daily living flow sheet.
LIST a Problem, or potential problem link IT to a diagnosis, taken from his medical record, LIST what interventions will be tried, and finally the
Outcome/goal.
I’m in a non-regulated stated (Mississippi). Would you suggest a initial RN assessment?
It’s not required; however, I do suggest having a RN complete head to toe comprehensive assessments on new clients.
