    Mam, This was really a healthy recipe.

    Thank you so much for this recipe. I've been cooking this from last few weeks.I had tried to include this as breakfast or dinner atleast twice or thrice a week. And Bingo!! After 6 weeks I lost 4 kgs.!!! So happy and feel healthy and light. I tried to mix other millets too and improvised this recipe to suit my taste. It was a success.
