    Excellent video on using millets in different ways. Today I made idlis with sama rice( I think it's called little millet in English). It turned out so good. I was searching for many more recipes and found your video. I'm so happy to find so many recipes. Thank you so much dear. I will try use other millets too.

    Lovely video. Have always loved your videos. Content is simple, clear :) thank you and keep them coming :
    Would like to add a tip here. What I've been doing is i soak the entire pack of millets for 8 hours in structured water. I drain and let the millets air dry for about 2 days. This way, i just need to soak the millets for about 5 or 10 mins before i can use them and I'm like sorted for entire month :)

    Nice recipes ma'am. But it's said that we should have only one millet per day. It's better to avoid multiple millets in a day for better digestion and assimilation.

    very well explained, kudos to this lady,
    loved your small square pan that you used for doing tadka etc. is it cast iron?
    planning to replace rice and looking for process and ideas, recently my parent diagnosed with diabetes and this is a good place to start,
    one question: in the end you showed how you cooked the soaked millet for ~12 mins, and does the water remain after that? and you just filter and throw it off to get only the granules to eat?
    if i heat in cooker, does it need one or two whistles?

    What's the 2nd millet - heard like Godu millet - is that correct? Please spell out the names for newbies like us 🙂
