There r many utubers who has same type of soothing calm n perfectly organised vlogging but wat I personally like abt her videos is her smiling face thru out her video..
I have learned new ways to appreciate millets from your videos. I just tried the bisibilibath from this video. I found your instructions clear and concise. The dish turned out quite fine and delicious. Thank you!
Thankyou sushma..for this video.... i heard and know that Millets are very good for health and we need to include in our conventional cooking recipies. But always hesitant to buy them whenever i see them in supermarkets. Thanks for your video, i'll follow your steps and update you later.
Excellent video on using millets in different ways. Today I made idlis with sama rice( I think it's called little millet in English). It turned out so good. I was searching for many more recipes and found your video. I'm so happy to find so many recipes. Thank you so much dear. I will try use other millets too.
Lovely video. Have always loved your videos. Content is simple, clear :) thank you and keep them coming : Would like to add a tip here. What I've been doing is i soak the entire pack of millets for 8 hours in structured water. I drain and let the millets air dry for about 2 days. This way, i just need to soak the millets for about 5 or 10 mins before i can use them and I'm like sorted for entire month :)
What an easy, hassle free way to incorporate millets. I absolutely love bisibele bhat and I will definitely try your version along with your masala version. Also the Pongal....thats my husband's favourite
Namaste sushma.. U have best ideas to start milllets thank you n m fav is neer dosa.. N it's surprising when u used beetroot in bisibele bath.. Wonderful recipes n great to see no onions and garlic here
Nice recipes ma'am. But it's said that we should have only one millet per day. It's better to avoid multiple millets in a day for better digestion and assimilation.
very well explained, kudos to this lady, loved your small square pan that you used for doing tadka etc. is it cast iron? planning to replace rice and looking for process and ideas, recently my parent diagnosed with diabetes and this is a good place to start, one question: in the end you showed how you cooked the soaked millet for ~12 mins, and does the water remain after that? and you just filter and throw it off to get only the granules to eat? if i heat in cooker, does it need one or two whistles?
