Good point. Everyone and everything turned out to have to be politically correct. You were no longer able to tell the truth because it might offend someone. You could not say what you really felt (ie: self censoring) because someones feelings would be hurt. Still watching with a smile end of 2019
I sit here watching these incredibly funny Masters of comedy thinking to myself that I did not appreciate the mentality, the attitudes of those years as well as I should have. People today that I am witnessing cannot take the reality, the honest, pull no punches comedy material that made these two legends! How did we get so self-centered and hateful after all we have been through as a people that we cannot Laugh at ourselves anymore?
Good point. Everyone and everything turned out to have to be politically correct. You were no longer able to tell the truth because it might offend someone. You could not say what you really felt (ie: self censoring) because someones feelings would be hurt. You are now required to believe or at least except the false realities of others in order to get along. All BS Might as well add an 11th commandment: "Thou shall always be nice."
Somewhere in the back, little Pauly's taking his first line of coke...
Go niners! Shame they lost.... man I was looking for this comment! Spot on🤗 his parents owned and started the comedy store....
1st , I doubt it
“I like younger women. Girls.” Try saying that now Pryor and see if you get any laughs.
15 year old girls, good luck in this day and age lmao Pryor FOREVER!
“Cocaine is a hell of a drug.” Rick James
Makes funny people unfunny

The world is full of idiots, the dislikers are showing their idiotnesss.
They were offended.
This problem started long ago...

Pryor is the “Beatles” of comedy.Carlin is “The Rolling Stones” and Robin Williams is “The Who” .Can you imagine Robin Williams hanging with Keith Moon!!
I fully accept your analogy as long as Mitch Hedberg can be Nirvana
"I watched him for an hour"
He was always on ;)
Both were funny as hell and we are better for their being in the world.
Best of the best right here!
I'm surprised my father even expose me to this kind of hilariousness in my life when I was just a kid it stayed with me my whole life the way that people can make the best out of the worst situation and laugh about it I love you guys
Imagine dying & those are the first two spirits you run into 😂 They sure don’t make ‘em like that anymore Rest In Peace Rob & Rick
I feel for him.....suicide.Robin must have been very ill. He was afraid of loosing his mind and memory. Maybe he just could not bare his future..... but the dark hole that we lost him to.....it's still here. What a waste. I feel that his greatest show had not been preformed yet. RIP.....Sir Robin Williams. You are missed by so many.
Richard Pryor’s wife called my dad and said, “Richard just left, he said he’s going to kill his lawyer, his accountant and his manager.” My dad, Pryor’s accountant, bought his first gun that day.
Born in 66’ And Pryor WAS stand up. In my world he was the only stand up comedian I knew of,didn’t think there were any others for a while and it was ok that way. I remember “Mork and Mindy” and thought,”this dude has something that no other human has and he will be big one day”. Williams exceeded that prediction.
There were some heavy hitters in the crowd that night. I wonder if this was an invite only gig?
Seems harder to laugh at these two genius comedy men now days. I am thankful to have lived in their generation and I remember all the joy and laughter they brought and along with Gene Wilder working with Richard. Heaven must be funny as Hell~!! Good Pun No??
Ah, coke. You creative, energizing genius, killer.
i love how robin riffs like he's doing "let's make a deal."
It looks like a lot of comedians present. . Robin Williams, Richard Pryor, Henny Youngman, Pat McCormick, and I thought that one was Yakov Smirnoff?
Also Mr. T , Jim Nabors, Kris Kristofferson
It was
I guess there is more than one Pat McCormick. The Pat McCormick had a long successful career as a comedic actor but I'm more familiar with the KTVU San Francisco Dialing For Dollars guy, the Bits and Pieces puppet master, and later, the affable KTVU weatherman.
How times have changed now, he would of been arrested for saying he ‘liked girls’! And RW would of been called racist 😂
muppetnumpty65 ya today is bullshit
Note the quick shot of Kris Kristofferson in the audience just before Richard introduced Robin....RIP KK we will miss you!

This man was gifted. His humor was so natural. Came as easy as snapping your fingers or chewing gum. #missed
RIP to two of the biggest comedy legends I almost have goosebumps watching this can you believe Robin Williams and Richard Pryor doing standup with Mr T in the crowd
wish i could have met Pryor. ..and Williams
nah just pryor
Paul Nevard - Me too, man...
Both. I consider Pryor one of my heroes.
Paul Nevard well u didn’t so fuck off
Two of the world's greatest and Robin was and still is my favourite impression to do and if I say it myself one of my best.
I met him only once at a Prince's trust show where many of the UK's top comedians came to watch this genius perform stand up for over 2hrs.
He was hilarious and when he died I cried for days.
Goodness the world could do with Robin and Richard now.
Comedy heals .
RIP fellas ❤
