I started viewing Yoga video's a little over a year ago. "This is my most favorite yoga routine", it has helped me with my stress and anxiety level and I believe the pigeon pose has alleviated my hip pain greatly. I wanted to express a big "THANK YOU" to Cole Chance from YogaTX.
I would love more videos like this. I tend to be anxious and high stress and having this session to come home to really makes a difference. Thanks for being my yoga partner Cole!
+Lindsay Rose wow, what a beautiful comment. thank you for letting us be a part of your day :D We do have some more stress relief/anxiety management videos coming up, but if you're looking for something now, we do have Jen's 5 day series Yoga For Relaxation that you may enjoy th-cam.com/play/PLsB8Dk1Orvu164KcBDdFv4zo-qRGsmffn.html
I loved this, thank you! Could you please make a video that's specific to people who suffer from anxiety disorders? I know it would benefit a LOT of people (including myself) to have a practice that is especially designed to help ease the anxiety that we fight every day.
Firstly, Cole thanks so much for this video. I have seen 2 or 3 of your vids before and I think I was just doing the same ones over and over, but Ive started to look at more. I did this one today and I LOVED it. DustyPink, I have chronic anxiety and depression too. I wholeheartedly support your idea. I found this easy and slow practice and being reminded about matching the movement to the specific in and the out breath really really helpful. I was panicky before the practice but feel much more able to face the day now. THANKYOU!! Also the music was good too. soothing and slow. I know that if you do a video that says for "anxiety and stress releif" it caters to a broader audience..You are catering to those that are relatively emotionally stable but suffer from day to day stresses, such as city living, AND others that suffer more, but there is a big difference between the first of stress and chronic stress of course, like those with anxiety disorders and or other mental illnesses with anxiety as a co-morbid illness, likd BPD or PTSD, like myself. Folks like us can definately benefit from any yoga designed for anxiety, but I guess its nice to be recognised. I think it helps to break the stigma of mental illness if its talked about and out in the open, rather than be this hush hush kind of shameful thing. Anyway, thanks again. Namaste! x
Cole I just want u to know it amazing! I am a total beginner with yoga, I've always been interested but never tried it for me than a day or two. and then I found u lol, and I've been practicing for 3 wks now mainly to ur videos. and I'm in love w yoga! I look forward to it everyday! and u r one of the only yogis I've found that I enjoy, but ur def my favorite one! I thank u so much for doing these videos, BC u have helped me find a new love in yoga.
This was great, I thought the yoga for neck/shoulder/back pain actually relieved a ton of stress, I was legitimately laughing every time i breathed out because it felt so good to stretch muscles I rarely pay attention to in my daily life. I'm wondering if there are shorter videos maybe 10 minute ones that I could do while sitting at work or while walking around in the halls at work that I could do to relieve little bouts of stress/anxiety here and there but that are not totally obvious like me doing cat cow at my desk lol.. thanks so much this is all so awesome!
Thank you so much for this. You don't know how much I needed it, I certainly need more.. but this allowed me to function the rest of my day. I really resonate with Cole's style of yoga.. Thank you for making these videos
Thanks a bunch for this session. I am new to Yoga and have a difficult time doing some of the stretches. Is this something that will get better with practice? I do feel very relaxed and a lot of sensations like you have said in the video though.
This was awesome! I am brand new to yoga. I was skeptical about yoga but this video and your detailed explanations really helped so much. Thank you!!!!! New subscriber :-)
Thank you Cole! but I have a question: I love pigeon pose but the knee with the straight leg always hurts a lot because of all the weight that is on it, am I doing something wrong?
A friend of mine cany use one arm....is it just as easy as do everything you can and ignore the limb you cant use so to speak or do you need to do totaly different poses. ?

yeah so breathing cues in this vid was realy really helpful. Its so easy when youre doing yoga to be focussed on the movement and forget to breathe
Such helpful teaching on breath, thank you.
Great total body stretch! Very relaxing!
This felt good in my body today. Thank you
A great stress relief class.
Thank you for a great morning...

Hi Yoga TX! Love your videos! Do you think you could make a yoga video for menstruation? Thank you!
Thank you
exelent!!
incredible, i do have one question however, is it a bad idea to do this on a mattress, i noticed that it does put more strain on my wrists
Thank you Cole! but I have a question: I love pigeon pose but the knee with the straight leg always hurts a lot because of all the weight that is on it, am I doing something wrong?

I need to remember if I want to watch the Twilight Zone don't do this practice before bed! No, Twilight Zone only ZZZZZZZZZ 😴😴😴😴
I'm a beginner and honestly I find it very hard, I just give up. Maybe I'm to stressed
Loved it but my wrists didn't like it. lol
!
too fast!!, I think its better to slow down pattern>>> as it meant to be stress relief thing
not for beginners: And No variations listed. all those down dogs into plank! I do appreciate the attention to hips, and twists.
Commercials really?!
Excited to do this in the next couple of days! Love the videos.
