Although my back feels much better after every practice, I've noticed that I have a lot of tension in my jaw after I'm done. Would you perhaps consider making a video which would help alleviate that tension? Thank you!

They have helped so much, you're voice is so soothing and calm. My 11 year who has anxiety has been doing this with me and she loves your yoga bodies. It makes both of sleep better at night as well. I was looking for something just the like. I have a sitting job behind the computer with so much stress. I've been doing yoga as often as I can, and it's probably the only thing keeping me from going sick. But the tension ... oh the tension, in my arms in my neck (doctor even checked me for scoliosis it got that bad - and no, the bones are fine), in my back, sometimes even my legs. It's hard to sleep and hard to wake up. I'm 26, and I was feeling completely fine 6 mths ago before I got this job. Yoga really does help me, but I need more relaxation yoga these days. Thank you ^^

Just want to say thanks for the videos from Australia. I am a mum to a 7month old and have been struggling with getting the time to go to my yoga classes here in Melbourne. I thought I would find some videos on TH-cam to do during her morning nap time but wasn't expecting to find videos as good as yoga Tx! I now prefer doing them rather than going to my yoga class!
