Yeah you could put on two 207 yellows or a 207 and 218 depending on the spring length and what all the door has on it such as struts(and how many) or insulation etc. But generally speaking those two spring sets equal one 262
@@dapperdudesgarage Okay, that’s what I’ve found so far… I found a few websites that do the conversion for you. I’ve just started getting into the spring changes and stuff and my business is starting to take off. I may give you a call, thank you!
This lady is a sweet lady. I did speak to her about a full conversion and torsion overhaul. After speaking to her she wants to wait til mid-year til she catches up on funds because she is literally battling colon cancer and the financial toll on that. So, she asked what the most important and cheapest thing is to do for now and I told her it's all about that spring. So this is the simplest and cheapest solution we came to for now until she can do the torsion overhaul with ALL new parts including two springs. Yes sir! You know your stuff though. Good question. Thank you!
Excellent video!!!!!! Looking forward to more vids
Thanks for the feedback brother
Great Video!!!
Thank you sir. I try to be very thorough to hopefully help someone out who may need it.
I had to do a spring change on a door with 2(.283x2x50. That was fun, LOL
Yeah that will beef them shoulders up real quick
Okay so if you wanted to split the single .262 into a 2 spring system, what springs would you put on then? Is there an equation to use or something???

Quick question, why didn’t you upgrade them to 2 springs?
