    this video shows the Quadriceps muscle stain rehab exercises. Quadriceps strain is a common sporting injury seen among runners, footballers, and sports involving jumping like basketball, long jump, high jump, etc.
    It is characterised by the presence of pain, tenderness, swelling in the front of thigh and disability while performing functional activities.
    Rectus Femoris is the most commonly involved muscle. Quadriceps muscle strain can be treated with adequate rest, icing , compression , elevation and rehab exercises comprising of strength and stretching exercises.

      Jb tak pain pura kam nhi ho jata.... Pain kam jo jane ke baad weight increase krke leg extension, reverse nordic curls jaise exercises continue rakhna isse quadriceps ki strength improve hogi aur regular quadriceps muscles ko stretch bhi krna👍🏻

    I run 7-8 kms on treadmill without any problem but when I go out to play cricket or any other sport, front of thigh hurts so bad, then I rest for 2-3 days and pain goes back.
    How is the my tradmill runs don't hurt a bit but onfield I am so bad?

    Hi Sir, My left thigh(quad) pains a lot when I sprint but there is no pain when I jog.

      Rest and ice your hamstring 3-4 times a day for 20-25 minutes,As soon as your pain goes down, start with gentle stretching and isometric exercises, then move onto more advance exercises.....

    Sir, i workout and suddenly starting having sharp pain in left quad (rectus femoris) then it continued to hurt over a month everytime i did leg workout. I just couldn’t continue working out. It stopped hurting one or two times but i think it never completely healed that’s why it started to hurt again. I haven’t done leg workout for 20 days now.

    Hi sir, actually mai daily 6km running and daily football practice karta hu , fir ek dum se mere thai mai dard hone laga , or fir mene 2-4 din rest bhi lia par kuchh farak nhi padha , is injury ke kaaran na mai achhe se run kar pa raha hu na hi practice? Or mujhe ye bhi nhi pata ki meri konsi stage hai? Or ab mai ye injury se recover kese hou? Please help me
