We're sorry to hear you've been in such pain due to our exercises. 😞 They actually need to be tough and also a bit painful, as this is a sign that they actually work because you have to stretch at a certain intensity to achieve effective results.💪 However, the pain shouldn't be too intense, which is why you should always remember to go slow and steady, and aim to reach a nine on your personal pain scale from 1 to 10. On this scale, a ten is just too painful and you have to tense up, but a nine is an intense pain that still allows you to breathe calmly. 🙏 Never stretch further than a 9 or 9.5 and always stay just under a 10! Remembering this pain scale ensures that our exercises are performed effectively, but you're not harming your body or worsening your pain.     Are these exercises good for intense leg and thigh pain after indoor cycling? I haven't been to a cycling class in years and didn't stretch prior.

      Hi Ayrika,
      our simple exercises are great for any kind of thigh and leg pain, no matter what caused it in the first place. 🙂 We think that most pain conditions are caused by muscular-fascial tension that is built-up by one-sided movements, as for example by cycling. When you start exercising and stretching your muscles, this will release any built-up tension in your legs and soothe your pain naturally and quickly. 💪😊 The more regularly you do our stretches, the more relaxed your thighs will be which will have a significant and sustainable impact on your pain. 😍 Just give them a try and let us know how they helped you! 🙌

    When I do that foam rolling massage you show towards the end of the video , I get intense pain in my quads from the hip to my knee. Is there any explanation for this shooting pain ? I do have a quad strain from playing football, but why would it hurt my quad when pressing on my hamstrings?

    I have thigh pain it's so painful when I go up the stairs and down stairs the thigh is so sore
    I didn't exercise for years I just started exercising on the bike and did a few exercises on the leg now my leg feels really heavy can't walk properly
    Do you have any advice to help relieve the pain in my thighs

    sir i had sore thighs 6 months ago but after a week with just some massage at home it got cured but now again it had grown and i am falling while walking due to this pain , now please recommend me what to do? Also I had performed all the sore thigh relief exercises available on youtube....pls help me out sir

    Hey, I fell down a few months back and since then I've been having pain in my left leg foot and thighs. Foot pain is not that bad, but near thighs when I walk or try to stand I suddenly feel a strong pull and that's unbearable. It's affecting my walking style. I went to physiotherapist but it didn't help much. Can you please please suggest some exercises. It will be a great help for me🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

    I'm suffering from pain in the upper thigh from last month I tried different stretches and they did relieve pain in different parts but the pain the front is still constant and I'm unable to stand up properly or walk as soon as I stand up... Will these exercises be efficient for my condition

      unfortunately, we can't give you a general answer to your question how long it will take to recover, because this depends on the extent of your individual muscular-fascial tension which is probably causing your pain. We recommend you to do our exercises as shown in the video above at least once a day on six days a week to achieve efficient and sustainable results. 💪🙂 Therefore, please be patient as it might take some time for the tension created to be released and to reduce your pain. 🙂

      Thanks for your comment. This initial worsening of your pain at the beginning is normal due to your body’s natural reaction, because it starts to respond to the exercises and your muscles and fasciae first have to get used to the new movement patterns. Nonetheless, it's important now that you keep performing these exercises regularly now. Just be careful that you're not overdoing things. Thus, please remember your personal pain scale from 1 to 10 as a guide and always aim at working at a level 8 or 9. Our exercises have to be performed at a certain intensity in order to be effective.
